My brother in Christ, I cannot thank you enough for this channel. I have learned more about our faith in the past year than… Well, more than 30 years! Our Lady is definitely dispensing graces onto you.
God tries us to see how much we love Him. He takes us through darkness and He wants us to trust in Him and continue to love Him. Keep your focus on Jesus Christ.
These lectures are the ultimate distilled wisdom presented with ease, intelligence, simplicity and honesty. It cuts through all the noise. Thank you and God bless you.
The majority of my decisions have been made in desolation. Now I understand... I'm back in a place of desolation now, and because of this teaching, I pray I will make the right decision when consolation comes...
Before being saved we are all born in the flesh as slaves like chunks of coal. All pain and suffering is resented and avoided. After being saved, we become like diamonds and the light of God can finally shine through our life after enough pressure. Once we become a diamond and crucified the flesh, we are able to suffer for God without fear and take all the hits.
Fabulous talk, Father! Thank you so very much! I’m a convert since 1991 & I find I still can’t learn enough. It’s funny how God directs your way if you just listen to Him. Recognize the signs (thanks to Our Lady & the Holy Ghost for opening my tiny brain!) & listen to holy priests & read good Catholic books. Go to Mass & Adoration & get all the Sacraments! We Catholics are the wealthiest people in creation! I feel I’m entering into a new phase of my life. A beautiful new chapter focused completely on God. It’s incredible! I’m finding all these new books & new Catholic talks/videos that relate to what I’m dealing with now. Perhaps I’m not alone, but I feel a very strong pull to actually live in the holy Will of God. It’s all like a maze right now, but I can only take 1 day at a time 😊 May God bless all priests!
wow! this is gold I feel almost exorcised with it of fear and anxiety for sure I know now that on my knees is the bottle to get peace in my heart to get to God's voice. Glory to GOD. Thank you for your video 🙏🙏
Great teaching on how to make decisions and discerning of spirits according to St. Ignatius of Loyola, and hopefully there will be more like this, learning to discern is much needed and something Catholics should become very familiar with.
I can testify in my life, that what Father is saying is absolutely correct. Diligence in the Faith and practice as he describes by St. Loyola will cause a calm mind and clarity. But don't forget the exercise, that is key. Stay well, God bless.
Thank you Father beautiful Homily and learnt alot of what you have shared how rightfully said .. my prayers from afar, for graces and guidance for us 🕊
Read a book on one of the saints or try a new prayer or devotion, also reccomend the unity prayer and flame of love rosary by Elizabeth kindleman, may the Lord bless you with his peace
I don’t know if you still suffer with this, but try switching your deep fear to deep love. I’m not gonna do this because I love God. Keep praying you’ll learn to control it sooner than later.💓
There are some good articles on the internet about being scrupulous and some great tips on how to overcome it. Or at least put up a good fight against it. Also praying to your Guardian Angel for help to guide you through this as well. Good luck bro.
This is the most excellent homily, and my mental confusion and soul's anguish needed this guidance and reason and peace. I am going to take my problems to the Blessed Sacrament. It's been too long and no wonder I am in distress; I haven't sought direction and consolation in Adoration! Thanks!!! 3 Hail Marys for the priest!
I have been going for Almost 10 years now but for only 1hour in going to go for 2hours now it makes more clarity now to me why I've had such joy in theses visits but I felt I was rushed
Just a beautiful and very informing sermon. Learned a lot Fr. Have been struggling with this for years! May God Bless you and Our Blessed Mother watch over , guise and protect you! Will remember you in my prayers+ Thank you!

I was confronted by my sons for the infidelity of their father which I didn’t know. I found myself still in peace within me maybe because I have control my emotions ever since. But I found myself disturbed mentally that I had a hard time sleeping that night. It seems my brain can’t figure out why I could still be at peace inside me. Yet in church I could feel like crying. I do mentally pray or meditate the rosary. For sure this Sunday when they have adoration in the church I will cry.
John Threepwood are they in Florida? I heard another sermon and the priest mentioned the place where the Florida panthers play. I can’t remember the name of the place. Lol
Comments are from 3 years ago...well, today we are in May of 2021. I also enjoy coming to Sensus Fidelity. I am 77 years old next month (June) and I’m making a big decision. First off, I’m selling my home as soon as I get it fixed-up. Where I’m going I have no idea. Most people in my situation know what they are going to do. I don’t know what I’m going to do/live. And so, this video is great for me.
Thanks for this video! Today, I had to "deal" or to discuss about a contract with someone. Before, I was praying because I didn't know it would "get out of my mouth". So, of course, I prayed this "Dear Holy Mother, pass before me, God our Father, bless the person I am about to talk to, etc., and all saints I could remember. Of course, you can guess, it passed through as easy as with oil..." (it might have been an holy oil) ;-) ! And, as this video explained it well, Peace came out from it. I was even putting myself "in the skin" of the other; as with understanding of the other perspective. But? it didn't stand there. During the day, it kept on. I was as well comforting some others for this and giving more constructive perspectives to others. My feeling is, when we ask the good thing and that God agree, He doesn't give, it's pouring. I am aware that I am quite often asking for myself many time, and sometimes, it is as if I am asking "selfish" demands. As we say "Me, myself and I". Sometime, asking with for what we don't have instead for asking Him to open our eyes on what we already have. This way, we can reach our goal, within. I am not perfect in prayers. But once one prayer works, it means that 'the phone works", that he communication is on. I am sure God always gives us what make us grow at the same time. He does not only gives the fish, He takes also the time to teach us "how to fish".... In this world, I know how to fish. In prayers, I am always asking a "refreshing lesson". God bless you all. And, please, have a little prayer for me. Thanks.

When you are going through desolation can you offer it up for sinners and purgatorians?
I ask that alot. Is it a worthy suffering. Or am I Wrong for being sad,or fearful, Since These things are not from God.
