I am kind of disheartened by the little applause and acknowledgment of Dakota at the beginning of the clip...but the film and book gravitated towards a large female audience, so it would only seem fitting they would be more excited by Jamie. However, I honestly am more intrigued by Dakota. She's an absolute pleasure to watch on screen, so if I was there I would have went crazy for seeing her...but then again that is just me.
I'm a girl and I was more impressed by Dakota's performance.
actually I once saw this as a flaw since the film is all about making women go crazy over Christian Grey and barley notice Anna but I felt Dakota was better than Jamie.
I saw her more comfortable in erotic scenes like it was no big deal Jamie being married with a baby seemed like he wasn't ok with the material meanwhile for Dakota it was acting and that's why she nailed it, she understood Anna and Dakota were very different people and felt better with the character even though Anna is more like a damsel in distress.
Jamie was judging his character to much and his dislike for the material got in his way.
just like at the end James Bond did with Craig. sure he has never given a bad performance but the man hates Bond the character just like seemed to hate Christian.
actors should learn to not hate the characters that much and learn to enjoy them.
Pierce Brosnan knew wasn't exactly a saint but enjoyed playing that playboy womanizer every woman wants to be with.

if you watch the video from the day before where both are on the balcony of the opera when Dakota goes to the balcony there is a short scream for her, while when Jamie appears it's a long scream. That's because they were no longer acting, they fell in love making their love story.By the film DARKER and FREED they were no longer in the friend-zone as in the first movie, you notice the difference in their passion, the chemistry was stronger. If you see FSOG their kissing and chemistry was about a 6 and in Darker , it was an 8 and in Freed 10, they unintentionally developed stronger feelings, that it was no longer acting, if you see the Unrated DVD's of these movies you will see more than the scenes that were uncut and real and raw.

Acting or not, you can see the way they look at each other that there is something there besides acting. Sparks fly when they are together. I've seen many movies and this couple has that magic that you cannot fake. I know he's married, but in this day and age that should not stop him from following his heart. I am sure the thought has crossed both of their minds. Maybe in the future they will realize that you only live once and should give into their feelings for each other. His wife is very possessive and most likely she saw what we all saw that there is a connection between Dakota and Jamie. That's not acting, that is love. Maybe they will make another movie together. I am sure they went out together after a day of filming and whatever happened afterwards we can only speculate.

I have seen this movie several times now and they delivered! 1000 x better then the first movie! Jamie Dornan embraced playing Christian, he was playful, sexy, demanding, vulnerable and you finally get a glimpse of his childhood and I differently felt like this is the Christian from book 1 and 2 that not only loves Ana but he needs her and he's changing because he needs her! Dakota is strong and compassionate and lets Christian know how she feels about things he does! Their chemistry was so damn good! Thought it can't be 5hr movie and its not porn! They did a great job putting alot of content in Darker for us fan's! If your a fan go, I left happy and really satisfied! Sex scene were sexy and tasteful, they had enough love story, thriller and drama and humor throught out! Thank God we only have to wait till next Valentine's for Freed!
