I'm surprised to know Johnson is a celebrities' child. As someone who comes from a wealthy Hollywood family, she has managed to stay so naturally pretty, hasn't turned into a polished doll. It makes her all so much more charming.

It's true. Many actors fall in love or even hook up during shows or movies. It would've been hard to be married and playing a role like that. So I suspected they both kept their distance from getting close.
or maybe cuz it was during the time they were filming (early production) and weren't as comfortable with each other yet + nerves being the first time "promoting" the film on tv… he's married and deeply in love with his wife why would he be attracted to dakota?

I'm so happy that they will shoot the whole trilogy. Because Dakota once said she's uncomfortable with the fame, that she just wants to stop working for a while and spend time with her family and friends and life in a farm or something like that. It really sounded like she's going to quit 50 Shades of Grey but after this interview i'm so relieved :)
Jamie also said that he doesn't like all this attention and if it were up to him, he would go and live in a cave with his wife and child. When I read that I was so worried that he wouldn't be appearing in the other 2 movies, which I would have hated because that wouldn't make sense to see all of a sudden an other Christian. But now I'm happy that both of them will be turning back as Ana and Christian :-)

I've watched many of Jamie and Dakota's interviews together, and this one, in particular, seems to be the first that they are truly enjoying themselves. It's really nice to see the chemistry between the two; they seem to work nice together.
All of those people saying there's no chemistry or that Jamie and Dakota hate each other are clearly either blind or have no idea what they are seeing or saying. They clearly get along, they have a sweet playfulness and as Jamie said in another interview if they didn't get along it would make for a very difficult and awkward time filming such a film. I don't get some people! Jamie is happily married so he's not going to be overly flirty or overly touchy-feely and Dakota comes across as someone who will respect that too...stop with the hating on these guys!

In this interview you can see what Jamie has already said before, that he feels protective over her. Like indeed the part that you have pointed out, it's like he always want to check if she's alright and that's so sweet of him :-)

Is it just me or is it crazy how much she is actually LIKE her character in real life??!! I mean her personality...when Im watching the interview, Christian appears completely opposite his character of Christian but watching her is like watching Ana...like theres almost no real separation btween the two... Only shes a bit less shy than Ana...just a tad tho lol... That's really gr8 & amazing... I love her.. :) Cant wait for the next 50 shades to come out!! And I hope to see her in more movies in the future, her personality is just adorable, real and contagious! I enjoy watching her acting. Him, he is just so good looking that its hard to even see anything past that, eh girls??!! haha LOL ;-)

The most professional actress ever! And both were amazing portraying these characters
This is so amazing! You can see that there is only professionalism between them and only work. This interview showed how professional and humble they are to their work.
Not like any other actors/actresses that after having an intimate relationship in the movie for a whole year they will develop feelings on the real life and starts flirting on the interview or anywhere-whatever, but this, this is different. They are both different because you can see the whole work-business thing and professionalism between them and they're work. So this is an amazing interview showing they're personality and manners. Thumbs up for the both of them! 👍❤️😍🤩

The beard is nothing. It's his staple look off screen. However, I worry more is his receding hairline (the arch is getting high up there). He must have been stressing out for this movie opening, and some. Yikes! Or, is he getting into another character with that look? He did mention he has a new project shooting in March.

Dakota was at my cousin's wedding last year and I can tell you that her hair always looks like that. Didn't even look like she brushed it for the wedding.
I had a theory that they'll probably smooth it out for her in the second film when he's suppose to take her to the hair dresser and gets her hair did before she meets Mrs. Robinson. I mean they had a photoshoot and it looked so silky, so i'm not sure.

This has relieved me so much that there's gonna be two more films, this has made me so happy. I watched the movie on Friday, it was absolutely amazing. I was attached to their chracters, they play the chracters so well. If someone were to ask me how I would describe Christian Jamie would be it. It's got emotion and some humour. even though I knew what to expect, especially the ending it still shocked me and as soon as the film ended I was like "oh, back to plain reality" I felt a bit desolated. The film held intensity and infatuation. It was pure perfection, you dont need to break down what you want to say to or how to explain it. The film and acting is just so realistic and beautiful in some way, I absolutely adored the film

thank you. good interview. I'm glad he was a gentleman to her. I heard either her or him mention that he covered up Dakota on the Kelly and Michael show. That's nice. I never thought about that. That literally she's tied up and can't cover herself when a scene is finished. Plus I imagine that if one if helpful like that and caring to a co-star one, it would enable you to work better together, and two, would give him a better reputation as a person. I saw the movie. It could have been better, could have been worse. But the acting was good and Dakota I was especially impressed by. I would like to watch it again in the future. I read all 3 books so def ready for the next 2 movies. Book two is the best one, imo. I just read that the movie broke box office records and is number one internationally right now. Yay! I am pleased to have been a part of that.
