Here's some feedback for you, and others if you are searching this topic. You do not have to jump into your counter-argument, it can be placed literally anywhere into the paper. Try not to use hanging prepositional phrases, it honestly forces it, and there are much better ways to include fluidity in your paper. You CAN start your counter-argument with an opening sentence, it's actually incredibly recommended. If you look at the end of your Problem statement, background and then your solution statement, try to tie it into the last paper, it's essential you do this because when you do the final essay, it will flow so much better, resulting in a better grade. Now, the way this is written isn't necessarily wrong structure wise, but the grammar choices aren't spectacular. Overall though, this is relatively helpful if you're drawing a blank, but this paper would be a B if you did it like this in an advanced college-level class.
