Hey Dude! I hope you are enjoying the Futecher! Looks like a better spec’d Dualtron Mini with a solid tire on the rear. I actually picked up a Dualtron eagle. Loving it so far. I’ll give my thoughts on it as well. Thanks for subscribing 😀
Got mine in July 2020. I get lots of love for it’s sleek look and compact look. Rides beautifully and good breaking system. But the worst and only drawback, the back tire. I got 5 flats in a span of 3 months. I’ve done some thorough research to prevent some that from happening, DualTron should have design a better wheel that’s not so close to the ground... slightly bigger wheel would have made it the perfect scooter...
Good choice! Loved the Mini but the flats killed it for me. I was told it was probably because of my weight but I’m not that heavy; only 160lb which is average. Glad to hear you’re enjoying Vsett 8! Thanks for commenting 😀
Great review, man! Just would like to ask if how's the Mini currently holding this mid 2022? And would you suggest buying it during today's date, or would you suggest to find something else? Thanks a lot, man.
Mate great review on the mini! i was looking to get it but went for the Eagle Pro. I have it on order picking it up in arounf 10 days. I live in Athens Greece and the roads here are really shitty. After hearing ur review on the mini and all the flats u get im really concerned now if this is the case with the Eagle it has 10 /25 tyres what do u think? Is Armor Dilloz any good like really? I ask as im looking to order it but just shipping from USA to Greece is 20euro i dont want to blow that much money on a 29$ bottle of Armor Dilloz if it actually isnt amazing? I hope to hear from you soon thx
Hello Mate! I hope all is well. Good choices with getting the eagle. It has the best performance to price/weight ratio in most people’s opinions, I’ve heard. You won’t have nearly as many flats as I have on the Mini. The tires on the eagle are bigger and are made of higher quality, which will reduce flats significantly. I buddy of mine took his eagle to the MiniMotors shop here in NYC and had is tires/rims upgraded to Dualtron 3 Tubless tires for not too much money, which makes flats even less likely. Although he only got 1 puncher flat in 5 months to begin with. As far as Armor-Dilloz is concerned; it does work well for fixing flats on the fly but it’s not perfect. It won’t protect you from abrasive flats, punctures on the side of your tire or if the puncture is too big. Don’t think I would spend that kind of money on shipping for it though. I would just find whatever tire sealant you can find and see if that does the job. I hope that helped Mate! Feel free to ask further questions.

Hi, I tried squeezing the armor dilloz into the tube but for some reason it would not go in. (Yes, I took out the pin and squeezed all the air out of the tube) is there anything I'm missing? It's not my first time using slime on a tire, but this specific dualtron mini tube seems to not be accepting the slime. How's u do it
I’d really like to see you put a video out on how to change the inner tube in 15 minutes...I tried to do it and had to take it to the shop to put the tire back...
Hello! Unfortunately I’ve already sold mine. I agree, there are many great things about the mini but for me; the flat tires were just too much. It’s a great scooter for short trips, under 6 mile or as a last miles solution. Anything more than that, your chances of getting a flat tire, increasing significantly. I hope you will find a solution for yours though.
@@keemworld365 Agreed, those tires are built for short trips. I’m going to reinforce the back tire with a liner and the Armadillo (it worked well for me), and give one more shot. My research also pointed the finger at us riders. The Mini is not for aggressive riders, that’s the higher end DualTrons. ✌🏿
Not every pneumatic tire gets flats. Tubeless pneumatic will only get a flat if you get a pin trough it. I got 2000km on my tubeless pneunatic scooter and never had a flat.
How long can one wheel last? I want to buy dualtron mini but your thoughts with tires made me a little worried. And are the lights consume to much power? The last thing i want to ask about the abs, i saw other youtubers closes this function cuz it says abs can damage screws or something. Is that true? Are you turn abs just rainy days?
Hello! It’s really variable. The longest I’ve gone without having a puncture was about 3 weeks. The shortest was about 3 days. Some of the flats I had could have been avoided though. For example; one of the flats i got was from slamming on the breaks, which causes abrasive flats. Yes the lights will consume about 20% more battery. There is a button on the remote that allows you to use the headlights and taillights only. If I know I have a long ride at night I will just use those. Yes I’ve heard the same thing about ABS. I keep it on all the time. It reduces the chance for your tires to slide when breaking, which makes me feel safer and Also reduces the chance of flats. Just make sure to check your screws and bolts every few days. I hope that helps😃
Hey mate, how do you find the short deck of the mini? Can you ride with your feet sideways like a snowboard or do you need one in front of the other using the rear kickboard? Also have you ridden other scooters such as the Zero 9, zero 10, Kaabo mantis or Inokim quick 4 Pro and how does the mini compare? Thanks, Andrew
Hello! The deck size was good for rides of 5-6 miles. Any more than that, my feet starts to fatigue because I couldn’t adjust my feet too much. I could ride with my feet side by side but it wasn’t very comfortable; the sides of my feet hung over the deck a little. I haven’t ridden any other scooter but I have a friend with an eagle pro. The deck is much larger and is way more comfortable to ride. I actually sold my mini 2 weeks ago. Too many flats and it left me stranded in the cold. I wouldn’t recommend it for long rides for that reason. I hope that helped.
Riding all sizes of wheeled bycickles rarely had flats using talcum powder between the tube and tire!!!!🎉😂.It stops rubbing inside the tire & tube, no friction & heat induced flats!!😊. An excellent trick for 25 years.😮. Just try it before using that messy, sticky guewy shi*!!!😊.
Man I’m torn between this and the solar p1. I read that you sold this e scooter, so I guess you wouldn’t recommend? I’d probably travel about 5-10 miles per trip. I’m a bit worried that the foot deck won’t feel comfortable and am so unsure what to go for. The solar p1 is about same price as the mini but I’m not sure what scooter of the 2 has best suspension and comfort. Comfortable ride is what it comes down to. How smooth is Dualtron mini on typical rough roads?? And can you buy puncher repair kits? Or do you have to fit whole new tyre if you get a flat?
Get the Solar P1. The Mini isn’t stable passes 25 miles per hour. The 8 inch wheels produces a very bumpy ride with the stock rubber suspension. You also won’t have to worry about any flats. I tried everything to prevent flats and nothing worked for more than a week or so. Left me stranded about 2 miles away from my job. I sold it shortly after. There are better scooters for $1500. You should look into the Apollo ghost too. Hope that helped😀

There’s tutorials on RUclips to change the settings; it’s super simple to do.
