I’ve had someone do that to me. I had been with someone years before but when it ended We stayed friends. Then this person who is seeing this ex of mine, not even fully dating, is messaging me and it’s like they are trying to start stuff but they couldn’t even fully spell this persons really short name who they were supposedly seeing and I thought: what on earth?

@@Erin-z4n fair enough. To be honest the romantic relationship was very short, we weren’t really compatible that way but the friendship lasted years more than the relationship.

I normally say: to each their own BUT I admit that the Rez and Ruby thing makes me so uncomfortable. There’s surely a difference between on and off, and then years of on and off where others get involved and when there’s huge age gaps and no one seems to know what is going on etc
I couldn’t have a relationship like that and then after claim it’s ok to be friends, as it isn’t because it’s too raw. I’ve never had any relationship that long and tried to act like when it’s over it’s ok, because it isn’t as with them they don’t even seem to know if they are together or not and where there head is at. I feel so sorry for the friendship group and anyone in the middle as anything they say seems to get twisted or go wrong. It’s so 🤯 so in this case, your approach i 100% get
