Enjoyed your genuine enthusiasm for the Kenner Ewoks - true passion for something should never be apologized for! I'm rather fond of them myself, but I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite, though my Chirpa figure surely received the most play throughout childhood. Oddly enough (as a kid), I always thought Paploo was a female, based on the sculpt, I suppose it just seemed more delicate? I will never look at my Romba the same way, now that you've given it the label of thicc boi, haha!

I can’t describe the feeling I get from looking at it, but it brings back memories as just feels magical. Wish I could bottle the feeling up and pass it onto kids today! I’m not sure they get the same buzz from iPads. Completely get what you mean about Paploo, the colouring too would make me think it was more feminine. I can certainly relate to a number of things you mentioned, which is one of the reasons I enjoyed the video so much. When off on a family trip, or even out on a hike in the forest, I would pocket one of my figures and bring it along for the adventure, haha. I'd tend to get lost in my imagination, picturing Ewoks scurrying around, just out of sight. Return of the Jedi, and the two Ewok movies were certainly fuel for the creativity that blossomed. I just need to track down Teebo and Lumat, to have the entire Ewok collection, as I have the animated Kenner Ewok figures already as well. Speaking of Lumat, I've read that they can be restored with a peroxide solution, but never tried it myself, as I feel that chemical interaction may also degrade the plastic, so I'd urge caution, as you don't want to bleach your childhood memories! 😆 Anyhow, I'll be glad to explore more of your videos!
Great review! I’m also really into these vintage Ewok figures as well. My favourite’s are Paploo and Chief Chirpa, but I’m not sure wich one I actually like better.
