When iam trying to Cook roti in oven it become hard after cooking what is the reason ? And also one question other in oven which option we should choose for this with fan or without fan ?

Adding milk in the dough makes the bread softer and also try not to bake for too long first bake and then broil for a few seconds or until you see it’s brown lastly wrap it in a foil sheet or cover it after baking so all the steams will stay in there.
