I never thought the lyrics would be EASIER to decipher in a metal cover of a pop song, ever.
On my thirtieth birthday that song was out and my friends bought me that album. Hahahaha. Yeah true, my family name is Beck 😂

Loser is one of my favorite songs and i was a little worried of how this cover would turn out as most people are when its a song they love but leo you definitely killed this one
For anyone wondering, it says "Soy un perdedor" meaning "I'm a loser" in spanish.

TIL the chorus starts with ‘Soy un perdedor’. I’ve been singing ‘So, open the door’ since 1994. Although given how random the rest of the lyrics are, it fits as much as anything else. Great cover Leo!

When this song came out in the 90's I though the lyrics of the chorus where "Zoe, open the door. I'm a loser baby, so why don't you kill me"....keep in mind my first language is Spanish. :D

This is phenomenal!!! Much better than the original. Leo is one of the most creative and powerful musicians that I ever know. Just amazing. What really surprises me every time is his knowledge to pay attention to every small detail. He feels the sound in a different dimension. Looking with great interest what will be the next one.

Leo does acoustic versions of heavy songs. Check his channel. And I hardly think he would butcher "Freak on a Leash". Although, Jonathan Davis does an acoustic version of his own, accompanied by Amy Lee of Evanescence.

@@tigermunky well it's not a 'version' if it already is metal, which it isn't. It's nu-metal. Leo does a different genre of metal, it would sound much different.
Every now and then you come up with the best melody’s for a song... sultan’s of swing is a favorite example... this one is a close second.
