This is somehow the second mapping video I’ve watched where countries hang out at some party this month. This was a welcome surprise! It had been so long since the final Pax episode. In those years, I’ve changed a lot. When the epilogue came out, I was a socially anxious loner high schooler who couldn’t even talk to a teacher without my legs shaking. I was also deeply in regret about what happened with an ex of mine. Now, I’m in college. Still socially anxious, but I can keep my legs steady most days. Still a loner, but I’ve managed to repair my relationship with my ex. We’ll be celebrating our second anniversary in a few months! And, believe it or not, part of that was because of Pax. Karelia and Russia, Nile and Abyssinia, they forced me to confront how badly I treated others and be a better person. So, seeing all these characters relaxing and moving on with their lives brings a smile to my face. Their journey on towards a brighter future is, in a way, my journey too. Merry Christmas, Korean! I hope that you continue to make the lives of the people around you better, as you have mine.
