Ok so since he did the death delay glitch, the game thinks he’s dead so sligs do their programmed laughing and invincibility will be active as long as he doesn’t jump off of a ledge or run into a wall. You are never able to do this in regular gameplay and the developers never sought through this but once you’ve gone back 3 screens with a slig, they’ll respawn when you return back to the original screen. Since the slig jumped down, going only one or two screens over won’t respawn him so he goes 3 screens 27:45. Now he goes back to the first screen and the slig is defaulted running from the top left, but now the slig will pause in its place since Abe is supposed to be dead. THIS IS THE ONLY SCREEN IN THE GAME THAT ALLOWS FOR THIS TRICK 28:01 the TAS bot possesses the slig to kill abe via trapdoor, but the craziest thing is that the slig is still possessed after abe is dead, on the same level as him, with the secret area underneath. What he does is that after abe dies and respawns, he then will be in control of BOTH the SLIG AND ABE. Since Abe is susceptible to bullets now using the slig he kills off the one that runs off the ledge (given there are now duplicate sligs on the screen) and runs up to the ledge and hoists up. You can see the slig swinging his gun to stall his movement by animation 28:13 so that abe can get into position right across the lever to pull it. Now Abe is technically in the room with the Slig, or the game thinks so anyway, and when the slig goes down to the bottom it allows for abe to talk WHILE USING THE SLIG to kill off a mudokon, at the same time shooting and running into the bomb to return back to Abe. I’ve been trying to recreate this forever, maybe it can only be done with the 1.0 version but either way this gotta be the most creative shit i’ve ever seen
@@prestonwscott 33:57 in that screen you can do something like this. You have to change places wiht the slig (little bit difficult) posess him and (Abe standing on the platform) pull the lever. Now you control them both but no good use. I did that on emulator.
Afaik a max casualties run requires you to "manually" kill all the mudokons, probably to make the pathing different from an any%/any%NoMajorGlitches run.
i dont get it. Whats the point of killing every mudokon in rupture farms by yourself if all 28 mudokons die anyway if you leave the area. It would save a lot of time to just leave rupture farms and speed the whole thing up
where's the fun in that? You don't put "maximum casualties in the title" and not show it. Because that's what everyone watching this video is here for. :)

"Alright, Abe... I know you want to just get out and raze the Glukkon empire into the ground, but can you not go God of War on everyone? At least save one! You won't progress if you can't do that. Abe: "Okay." "So, how did it feel to save one of them?" Abe: "Waste of time for the speedrun. I saved Jerry." "...oh, Paramite, they saved Jerry. Oh Scrab, they ONLY saved Jerry!"

I just love how hilarious it is when Abe just casually reacts with "Whoops..".
Oops**
You let one escape. Now you have to do the whole thing over again.
The amount of fucks given that day was lower than the amount of Mudokons that Abe spared.

16:43 Foreground slig is confused. I didn't know they could even shoot that way while in the foreground and what purpose that would serve, beats me.
It makes sense that the sprite is the same, but I've never ever seen it happen in the foreground either, wtf
ive never seen this game before, but it has a really eerie and haunting atmosphere, but i cant help cracking up then the guy says oops XD
That's what the dev's wanted. A errie atmosphere
The Ancient spirit: so Abe, how many mudokons are you going to sav...
Abe: NO.
At 5:03 Abe commits the ultimate F you move as he leaves 🤣. It's like one of those perfectly cut screams, except it's a perfectly cut explosion.
omg my sides 🤣🤣🤣
Wait hang on a minute...
INFINITE GRENADES?! Maybe it was worth it!
2:50 I'm sure that sign was going to say "Lead Mudokons to their doom".
Nah bro it just said lead mudoko
How can the mudokans be so against him? He said "oops"
It's nice to notice how the Paramonia + Paramonian Temple section can be entirely skipped due to the lack of killable mudokons there.
Would it be possible to see a no-invisibility-glitch version of this run? It would be more entertaining.
that was pure slapstick comedy
Is nobody going to bring up how Abe turned invisible in scrabania?
It's a cheat or a hack
@@aishamayle461 wrong. It's a glitch.
Between 28:16 and 28:33, I have absolutely no idea what the heck is happening.

Abe: I'd rescued muddokens.
Me: Muddokens? You saved only one.
Hmmm? Can't you just escape rupture farms and this kills all the 28 employees? Instead of killing them manually??
that actually makes sense
he could've saved some 30 seconds

Yeah, but you're doing the work for them this way!
I thought the same thing
When you're not the man for the job.
What are all the Bonuses? Grenades4lyfe, what else?
Edward Just the grenades. Exoddus rewards you with invincibility, though.
11:00 it’s Elum‘s Oddyssee now
ABE NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
39:03 omg xD i really like that!
Is your pfp berry from fosters
Thanks, this made me laugh a few times.
its like watching rambo movie..or a ninja assasin...but with abe...
I know it's a TAS, but the momentum on this still cracks me up 😆. Dang it, playing this as a kid really ruined my sense of humor 😂.
Abe’s Odyssey genocide run

This is insane.. lol
Kratos GoW ikr😂

Wait.... Wouldn't "maximum casualities" mean killing the sligs too?
2:32 I'd react the same if I saw that.
And how about just fleeing zulag 1, everyone dies if you don't save them, it could help saving time

Dont die the green mudokons you need to save the mudokons
no shit sherlock. but read the title.
This needs dumbass-music over it, like the Benny Hill theme or something
