HI Jade thank you very much for the tips and advice, I did a full race simulation last weekend in preparation for the Sydney first HYROX and I am exactly in the position of what you are talking about. I have four weeks to race day and not to sure how to intensify my training as in go hard for three days a week over the nest three weeks with brakes in-between to recover ? I know I have an extra 5min in me over my Simulation time. Looking forward to your next video. Most likely I will look into doing a program with you for my next HYROX as this is my first one.
