The backup vocalists seemed to be dominating big-time over Donald in the Steely Dan set? I wonder why that was? They definitely had a lot of volume on the backup vocals
Great concert but I was expecting them to mention Randy Meisner and then they talked about Jimmy Buffett! No offense to JB, but Randy was a huge part of the Eagles 😢 RIP Randy 💔
Yeah, it sure was. We know they paid tribute to Randy on their website the night he died. Since the tour started the night we went and Jimmy died that week, we guess they mentioned him then with a shout out to Glenn and Randy about the cheeseburgers.
Did the Steely Dan band get introduced? If so, did you film it? If so, can you post it? I'm very curious who all they have on this tour. Actually I'm surprised they'd tour at all with Becker dead.
Just ain't the same without Don Felder. Felder was one hell of a guitarist. And he wrote a lot of music for the band. Especially the number one hit Hotel California. If you ever get the chance go see Don Felder and his band live in concert. It is absolutely incredible how well they sound better than the Eagles than even the Eagles do. And I'm not exaggerating
We’re big fans of all the Eagles past and present 🥰! Sifa saw Don at Jones Beach Theater with Styx and Joe Bonamassa this summer. It was truly a great show! Check out Felder’s instagram. He posts great Eagles history and even engages in the comments!
