I thought it was weird that the Peppers were given very childish sounding voices, but then at the end of the video i saw their size in comparison to your friend Rie and yeah I guess they're children size which is either cute or creepy? Children sized robot waiters? Oh and the food looked pretty delicious as awesome. Fun video I enjoyed it but I am probably gonna leave this place off my list for my next trip.
The children attributes, white color and rounded shapes are all parts of the design supposed to make them look less scary to people not used to robots.

Yeah , looks a little creepy , but if the food is good 😃 we saw a robot restaurant in Ikebukuro , but we were eating in the restaurant on the next floor . From what people said we made the better choice 😃🍻🥂🍶
I'm pretty certain the robots are intentionally made that semi-creepy cute way to make humans more at ease with them. Having something too lifelike would definitely make people really uncomfortable. The waffles 🧇 looked really good. Seemed like there were some couples at the cafe. Kind of weird to want a robot tagging along as the third wheel on a date 😄

Seems like they spent a lot of money on the robots, but the food prices didn't seem that bad for what you got.
