I totally agree with 143. I’m always bothered by access to the bathroom requiring going through the bedroom to get there. Not good! Other than that I love this little house - the floor plan & layout are great. I like the kitchen. I’d like to have more windows than there are.
Perfect for rural areas not too expensive to make and has everything you need
I'd like to move the bathroom door outside so that guests don't have to walk int the bedroom whenever they will go to the bathroom (to keep the privacy for the bedroom)

I think adding a second door on the kitchen side, maybe a pocket or barn door, would work. I had a townhouse that had the master bedroom and full bath on the lower floor, a bedroom and full bath upstairs. There was a door to the bath from the short hallway outside the downstairs bedroom and a door from the bedroom to the bathroom as well. I kept the door to the bedroom closed except at night, at night the door to the hall was kept closed and the door to the bedroom was left open. It was a configuration that worked surprisingly well.

I get value out of this book by getting ideas on what features will work for MY sheds that I design myself. It has terrific photos, all are professional in quality. I love this. Simple and easy. Maybe make it 8x8 meters and it would be perfect for me. If I ever designed my own place this would heavily influence my design.

Very nice and simple 6×6 meter will be honestly good and toilet door must be out at the corner next to the kitchen door
I'd wrap storage around the head of the bed (narrow closet on either side for hanging) and the TV wall (like media shelf depth), and utilize under bed storage, so I could get the closet space back for the bathroom. Lack of a fridge is the biggest problem I see. I think I'd lose the bar to squeeze in a fridge and put a drop leaf table on the opposite wall. *or* replace the couch with an L-shaped bench seating and an adjustable height coffee table.

I'd replace the bathroom door with those closet double doors so there's not as big of a swing when you open the doors to the bathroom. And the little slats don't really let you see much, but they do allow steam to escape, thus reducing water damage to the bathroom.

I would put the Bathroom door in the kitchen side (don't want people coming through bedroom to go to bathroom....would make a half second floor for another halfheight Bedroom like in the Tiny House on Wheels....and Put a Patio on the entire roof to maximize space....and a Waterproof Basement...and would elevate the house at least 4 ft to avoid flood damage. Simple little things that change the game.

I agree with alot who are saying with the fridge need a fridge in there and move the bathroom door out into the space so when guests are over they won't walk in where there supposed to be privacy and maybe with a washer and dryer maybe do an additional to the back door to create a space for the washer and dryer and few other things

Am I the only one who noticed there's no refrigerator? I get it, it's a very tiny home. I didn't expect a place for a washing machine, and dryer. I can live without those in my home. But no refrigerator is unacceptable.
When I'll get a job this is what I'm gonna make for myself one day.

@@tthom2459 normal bathroom have own ventilation tube near roof or roof to out whit fan blow all moisture out.and smell. i not has see newer any condo tower house, single house windows at bathroom maybe somewere if amateur has build, normal has build only ventilation tube roof or near roof wall whit fan blow out.
@@mattivirta not sure what part of the world you are in . . . but for claustrophobia reasons along with ventilation . . . most people prefer some kinda window in a bathroom where I am. No one wants to feel captive in a tiny room with no windows.

1. Bathroom door needs to be available from the living area. Guests should not have to pass the bedroom to reach it.
2. You don't need two doors to outside space in a tiny house, but you need a fridge/freezer. That's essential.
3. Bathroom with no window or skylight? Too much moisture and no possibility of airing.
4. You don't want to sit up in bed with your pillows against the window. Direct visibility.
