      Do you have any of you popsicle stick pieces in hard copy form? I'd rather have paper instructions in front of me and a collection of your furniture pieces would be awesome!

    Could you please tell me the tool you use to cut the popsicle sticks? Love your video’s, thank you!🌷

    • @CuriousCrafter
      @CuriousCrafter  5 лет назад +6

      I use sheet metal scissors to cut popsicle sticks. It works the best for me. Normal scissors are just not tough enough for it. Thanks for the support.
      If you want to buy it, consider using the Amazon afilliate links in the description and then searching for sheet metal scissors. If you use my afilliate links to search and buy anything it will support this channel at no extra cost to you.
      Have a great day!

    I enjoy making ur popsicle stick furniture. Only problem I'm having is trying to figure out what size sticks are that ur using. And how long the widths are compared to the heights? Do u always use the same size?

    How do you keep the hot glue from blobbing up everywhere ?

    • @CuriousCrafter
      @CuriousCrafter  5 лет назад +3

      It is a pain sometimes. I have tried a few different glue guns and these small blue ones seem to make less of a mess. Also, I work on a wood sheet and in one corner I always leave my glue gun so it only messes up the small area. Then I clean that regularly to prevent glue from piling up.

    • @andysanto6767
      @andysanto6767 5 лет назад +2

      @@CuriousCrafter That's a really good system! I mostly work on parchment paper but I also find my pieces to have too many lumpy spots. Maybe what I need is a hotter gun. I have one of those dinky Michaels ones. Thank you!

    Where did you get your cutter from to cut the sticks looks really good

  • @debis5502

    I'm wondering why you use wood glue after already using hot glue? I am definitely a "newbie" to building with popsicle sticks. Thank you so much for this latest (Aug 2018) tutorial. Its been amazingly helpful AND inspiring. You make it look easy, but I'm ready to make some learning mistakes anyway! ;)

    • @CuriousCrafter
      @CuriousCrafter  4 года назад +2

      I use the wood glue for extra strength. The hot glue is great for quickly gluing things together because it sets instantly, but the wood glue is stronger and lasts longer.

      @@CuriousCrafter Thanks. I appreciate the explanation. And, as a fyi, I've ordered the Prit you reference (links), but it's back-ordered, apparently, so a bit of a delay. No biggie, I hope. I've abundance of Tacky Glue that I'll try out until the Prit arrives.

    Hi there! Loooove the video and creations!! Great work! Could you tell me how long is the size of the chain on each side?

    • @CuriousCrafter
      @CuriousCrafter  4 года назад

      I can't remember sorry. I measured it against the bridge. I think the total length of both sides plus a bit of spare would about 400mm.

    Not really a tutorial when you don't provide dimensions, measurements and helpful tips. Still...I did enjoy seeing what all can be done with popsicle sticks. The tool/supply list was nice.
