Why is it illegal to pass on that road, good straight road no hidden dips, good visibility of what’s coming, no reason to not be able to over take on that road at all
Because its a double yellow line. No passing whatsoever. The road seemed to have a lot of twisties so that may be the reason for no broken lines to allow safe passing.

I got caught a couple weeks ago by the Captain of the police department in my town in Cali, I was riding to my boi’s house did a wheelie on the main road right in front of his unmarked car an he followed me to my boi’s house, he got out of his car laughing an said ‘did I just see you standing up on your Harley doing a wheelie’ ? I simple said yes sir he told me ‘ take it out to the county roads so we don’t have to scrap you up if you eat shit lol I said yes sir’ we both said have a good day an he left. Me an my buddy where trippin. I thought I was BUSTED!!!!! Captain was chill as fuck.
