Try Triscuts crackers. The original ones. They have a dry crunch. This has helped me

I have pica and i live in germany were we actually have something called ,,Heil Erde" wich translates to ,,Health Earth"
and it's sand that was cleaned and is made to be consumed.
It helps ur digestion and you can litterly buy it in any store.

@@Sasha5555I buy all of my sand and dirt from YummyClays because its cleaned and sanitized before sell. I swallow it and never had any problems. But you can also always spit it out after you chew as well. I love her Sedona red dirt. The texture and taste is fucking AMAZING!!!

@@maniamir9683 it tastes amazing! People like us have a disorder called PICA, It means we are attracted to eating things with no nutritional value like sand,Chalk,ice,rock,cement. I literally dig out the mortar in between the bricks 🧱 on the outside of my house! I absolutely love it! A neighbour knocked down a wall and I keep filling my pockets to eat it at home, so love the feeling and crunch in my mouth x

I ate a rock as a kid, remembered Finn (adventure time lol) doing it so I also tried the same when I was having a tantrum. Fast forward a few years and I saw that documentary about the girl who really liked eating sand/ chewing on a nail file and I always thought it looked cool. Now, I'm always looking for a sandy texture and I was just looking for ASMR with this, I wish there was food that's literally just sand but edible...
Try eating sugar. Or even sugar cubes.
@@Olivia-ds4xe would want to try that but I've never seen a sugar cube in my life. Sugar never seemed to work for me so I'd just use uncooked rice. It's different but it still has texture

It tastes salty (if you get it from the beach), and also kind of an earthy taste (if that makes sense). I think it tastes very good, but also it’s kind of annoying to chew/have in your mouth 🤣
