Good question! ❤️ the doctors put me on ferrous sulfate aswell and made me sick, so they did a liquid one which wasn't to bad but wasn't doing anything, then they suggested a drip but we're worried about me having a fit. I've just got women's multivitamins which taste like 💩 and are like swallowing a golf ball 🤣🤣🤣

You can try taking Vitamin C to help with the absorption of the iron. If that doesn't work, try the slow release which should be a little easier on the stomach. I'm pregnant and my doctor put me on a polysaccharide iron so it's a lot gentler on my stomach but I still take it with apple juice because I get bad heartburn with OJ.

I've seen some iron gummies which are meant to be really good! I'm gonna try them if no change off these in a couple of months
