The way that the repetiveness in this song could have destroyed it but the instrumental/perfect production and the girls' amazing vocals did more than just saving it. Also I knew Lily is vocal powerhouse but Haewon's vocals in the bridge (5:14) are so good, I have an unhealthy addiction to her part, I have lost count of how many times I replayed it. To add on to what you were saying, I think the dog when he gets animated mane, is supposed to be courage like the lion. And also, girl is yellow plaid skirt (sorry idk names yet) where it looks like she's on a glass ceiling, reminds me of the yellow brick road because majority of the flowers are yellow surrounding her. It reminded you of the 2000's and I agree. In particular, that beat and style reminded me of "Like This" by Wondergirls. Funny that both songs have "like this" in the title (and both JYP). At first listen I didn't like the repetitiveness that much, but the more I listen to it, it's soooo catchy. Have you checked out "Cool" and "Tank" yet?
