  • Coach Pawel Wencel of Black Flag Athletics along with visiting Coach Mickey Kostelnik of CrossFit Metropolis demonstrate a very simple approach to help our athletes develop the correct hinge mechanics in the swing. Have athletes or are you an athlete that "squats" during their swing? Not familiar with how the hinge should feel in a perfect swing? Give this cuing progression a try and go from squatting to hinging and give that low back a break :)
