    I want to know the broken fingers . ?

      A typical Radial Gutter cast (like this one) will include the 2nd (index) and 3rd (middle) digits. This could mean a number of different injuries: Broken metacarpal, phalanx or even a flexor tendon injury.
      For this video - we could say that the patient has a distal 2nd metacarpal fracture :)

    This is dorsal splint. There is many easier techniques for this splint model. With this technique maseration between II and III fingers is certain.

      Thanks for the reply. We use a piece of splint material to reinforce the cast so we don’t have to use as much cast material.
      If you watch @ 3:04 we talk about putting padding between the digits to help with maceration.

      @@mcsmedcastspecialists1285 why not to use stockinettes on both fingers? That is much safer.
