1.-too slow spreading hatches (reynor would have 6-8)
2.- queens idling (serral wouldnt let that happen)
3.- too long in the same unit comp (lambo would not approve of this)
4.- failed at multitasking when attacking, not enough run bys, no nydus worm, creep spread stop at some point, not enough scouting, a complete disaster (dark would be disappointed at you)
If i could improve any of that i would have get 2k extra mmr on ladder
3/4 of your suggestions are stupid, and #2 is just "remember to inject." It's like telling LeBron James to shoot the ball into the hoop, and by the way scatter banana peels around so the other team slips and falls. Great advice.

There’s only 2 timings where it can finish really. Either it was started instantly with core (like in this game) or after stargate (most standard games). Harstem figured since its stalker first, there’s not gonna be a stargate and the rest is just knowing timings of buildings finishing

In the second game you had the oponent cornered in their second base. I dont undertand why you stoped attacking. The game was in your hand at that moment.
I am a 3800 mmr zerg player. I see Toss player got the chance but decides not to block my hatch sometimes. It's too low of a mmr to be a mind game.

Well... if you don't inject just build more hatcheries it's your main means of production. Z can future expand, Noone was really scouting the map efficiently. You sounded fairly lost. I didn't see adrenal glands... at 14 minutes should have one of the following, ultralisks, infestors, broods, vipers.... you used bantering against stalkers least efficient use... then used lings against, archons... since you went roach, typically infestors support roach,bile builds because of fungal, fungal is a great defensive and attack tool, slow is not to be underestimated. You lacked creep spread and efficient overlord piss... lol..as much as central area is nivlce the lateral sides and army central works better as most humans scan mid and obs mid.... you had minerals.. and then bought a tonne of bantering because you could spend your cash... more hatcheries... if you going to expand like a protoss... you need llus two hatcheries. Hatchery is essentially 2 barracks, extremely cheap for its invaluablenees.. and lrovides creel and routing means... ten hatcheries gives you 40 larva fairly fast if you can't spend money you build all production... if uou waited for larva and did some nesting macro.. you could of built a 40nhydralisks fairly easy.. which can help you transition into lurkers and phase out roaches... giving you viper means... Ling bane is okay... but mid game you should be getting hit by run byes if you are spreading creep well... another tip, is nydus mineral blocking for forcing workers to path into your army is top tier shit.. if it lands you ca n bring out queens and tumors... but yeah, tumor game should be an objective like tumors reaching the minerals of the 5th Bae expansions of your enemy so you know when they take and are their... which can give you tactical options... such as killing, moving distracting. Etc.
