@@qallmepurple there are so many jokes about getting mcpbp from drops and it's the secret to beating bosses, you can throw them at the overseer and you will win. I keep my first one in the 'Boss fight storage box' with the artifacts and creature parts and then on boss fight day I keep it in my inventory for luck because of all the jokes that get made about them being the key to Ark.

You can use moschops to make superior kibble so you can just tame an army of them and then bang you have a bunch of superior kibble

I tamed a 180 rex with a crossbow...by accident (was looking for beavers)! Ate up my entire supply of tranq arrows and made a mess of my trap boat, but I still call it a win!

I feel kind of sorry for the T-Rex in general. When I was younger, it was such a popular dinosaur because it was considered so dangerous, but now it’s always getting overshadowed by so many other dinosaurs like raptors, spinos and megs.

Yeah but really spino is the one you should be sad for people can’t fucking decide what it looks like and lots of ideas conflict with science like quadruped spino isn’t possible as it’s wrists can’t support it but it’s apparently short legs are to weak aswell
Also it is very dangerous highest bite force of any land walking creature ever and an unchallenged apex predator in its day

If u are a beginner use the trike to kill rex or spino or alpha raptor and tame carno after cus the carno is a really good beginners dino to.

RoyaleWithCheese me and my friends look a break from ark we are all still new to the game but we were doing pvp because pve doesn’t have good server players and you can’t build anything. The reason we took a break is I spent 8 hours building our main base and hatching two argy eggs and watching them till they were big enough to eat from the feed trough. And sone guys came by and they didn’t raid it they blew everything up and hacked the system to where we did no damage to them and we couldn’t get onto any of our Dino’s to fight back.

I'm playing not that long but i use from lvl 96 the shocking tranquilizer dart.. only need 1 to get a raptor down.. just shoot it in the head... ( low lvl ).. And tamingtime is shorter with low lvl animals.. i use some lystrosaurus to lvl up my dinos fast...pet those little guys and all the dinos around him/her get xp ups boost..got 1 gryo-pot by a chrismas drop and made some more, found out that you only can use 1..if you have 2 pots in use and trow the pots 1 of the dinos is oké and the other one get cryo- sickness and drop down..

I have two alpha raptors traveling together right outside my base. Haven’t been able to deal with them yet.
I started ARK last week and I still need alot to figure out , I have a 5x5 thatch house by the beach and I knocked out a lvl 3 Rex with a slingshot and now I have a pet Trex lol
I'm bad at the game one time I went into the forest when I was a big noob
With my only parrasaur named berry and a raptor attacked it jump sacred me and I had my revolver I shot all the bullets killed it but my parrasaur died I got lost in the forest and nearly died of starvation and dehydration I got a few other stories of my scared but
If I used a trap for the Rex would a 3 by 3 Stone doorway trap work that's three High? I inadvertently caught a Carno in it one time but a Rex is much taller.
I got an ascendant Rex saddle, and I have an ascendant long neck...

Cryopods are the best. I'm sure they made them to help with tame overloads at bases.

I tried the organic polymer farm. So I when and tamed many Kairuku and put them together, everything was fine for the 2 first eggs, after that I noticed mating time, so I went in my serring and dropped the rate, but it seems like it dint change something. It still 4h. Something im missing , maybe a bug?
The timer won't change on dinos that are already on a timer. You'll have to wait for it to run out. After that they should be on a new timer

Also try using a moschops for harvesting the poly. If lvled right they're crazy op
If you guys want to find Rexes easy go to the bottom middle and find a rock island. After that follow the river, but stop when you pass the swamp. A bunch of rexes spawn their. (I made my base at the highpoint, which you can have high ground to tame rexes.

you gotta go to ant of the obilisks and you can craft them there you can also do it in supply drops but those are more dangerous cuz you can lose your resources
Can you make a video on how you would design a starter base raft if you were trying to play on official pve servers that have a million pillars all over map. I would really like to see your build for that. I think it would help alot of newer players too. Thanks RC

i have yet to find anything useful from supply drops. i mustve opened at least 30 of em (all colors with rings and without) all garbage.
Loot drops were broken for a bit there. I think they should be fixed now tho.
