Can you give non technical examples on H.P-L.S

You have opened a clothing shop, in which you have many types of clothes.
When you also kept your shopping name board with your shop address with wrong pin code.
So wrong pin code in your shop board is not going to impact your customer business flow so it's severity is low,
But since it's your shop board any wrong data in it will not be good from customer point of view or your shop image point of view so it's priority is high.
