Crispy and Cheesy Shroom Burger | Shake Shack Copycat Recipe (ASMR 🎧)

Lockdown has me craving fast food. I recreated Shake Shack's famous cheese-filled mushroom burger at home and it was surprisingly easy to cook! If you have large flat mushrooms or portobello mushrooms hanging around in your fridge, give this recipe a go.
