This could be controversial - but I would advise anyone to also get a foot pump for their vans, busses, campers etc. Except maybe if you plan to shower that way.
The editing is this was a lot of fun, good job! I was on the fence between an electric and foot pump for my van build. I was already leaning towards a foot pump and this video has helped even more.

Appreciate you sharing!! Super helpful as I bought an electric pump but realized that a manual pump might be easier. The mouse door was an amazing idea :)
Another option is a battery powered USB water dispenser faucet. It's cheap, quiet, and super simple to install.

I appreciate you not editing out every pause. I find it weird when the video skips every other word. What are they doing during that time? Did the light in the room changed? How many days have passed while recording this one sentence?
I was planning on installing a normal one, didn't know they done one called the gusher, I'm buying in just for that reason 🤣

Awesome! I always figured the water wastage with electric pumps and couldn't understand why vanlifers used them when every once of water has to be hauled in! I have a platform (sort of) that was already on big blue on the outside on the back that was there when I bought the van. It is gravity fed and I have total control of the water.

How interestingyou went from electric back to manual pump - and you are the first video I've watched which really demonstrated the noise!
