- Review/test of the GPS sensor Google nexus 7 2013 android 2nd gen tablet. GPS Test app how the GPS signal indicator flashes when searching. Once a connection is made the GPS Test app turns from yellow to green and the Nexus 7 indicator turn solid white. GPS Test is a great tool and utility and has five colorful screens of information, GPS signal, SNR bar chart, satellite positions and rotating compass, current location on the earth, current speed (MPH), heading and altitude, the current time read from the GPS and the local time in your current timezone, as well as the sunrise and sunset times. Awesome and easy APP! This is not my app or application, it is free to download in the Google play store!

Nexus 7 2013 GPS Test & Review.
The GPS satellites are shown as circles and the GLONASS satellites are shown as triangles. The grey color means that the satellite is not being used for any calculations, so you can see the colors of the triangles change as you move around. They follow the signal strength GPS signal bar chart color scheme or signal to noise ratio (SNR) color bar chart under the rotating compass. Watch the triangles they will change colors as you move around, Hope this helps you out!
Type in GPS Test and you will see it come up. It's the first App, It will say GPS Test Chartcross Limited.

This one is the WiFi only Version. Thanks for watching!! In fact you don't even have to have the WiFi enabled to use the GPS!
