- Today I talk with my great friend, mentor and colleague Michael Webb. We'll be discussing toxic shame in both the life of the unfaithful and the betrayed and how the unfaithful can not only heal from their shame, but lean in to helping the betrayed also feel safer and more cared for.

Thank you for this video! I think that was awesome and informative for an unfaithful as well as a betrayed spouse. I can’t wait to read more of the comments as they come! Thank you to you both for what you do.
Excellent! Can we share more content about when the betrayed IS ready to take back the unfaithful but they are stuck in the shame and believe they don't deserve the marriage?
that's a great suggestion indeed. thank you
Excellent info! Would love if you could interview an Asian therapist and discuss the Shame/Honor/Fear that is part of the Asian culture. Asian shame is at a whole other level than what non-Asians understand. Thank you.
YES! MY H is Chinese so his childhood trauma is from suppressing his emotions and needs and pleasing his controlling parents.
