Hi when you cover the crumb coated cake with fondant, the cake is cold or at room temperature?Normally after you cover the cake with buttercream do you put in fridge first before covering with fondant?Thanks!

Apple Ong hey there, yes the cake is chilled before I put fondant on it, about 25 minutes in the fridge.
