      Hi, thank you so much , are you referring to the machine used? It’s clothes hand steamer , I use it to moisten the fondant instead of brushing it with water

      Hi, use clothes hand steamer at 12inch away from the cake , to remove the excess cornstarch and become shinny too 😊🙏❤️

    Hello, what is used here- fondant or gum paste? Are you letting it sit to harden before keeping on the cake or directly keeping on the cake. Will it stay on the cake for long?

    Lovely work and that's a real neat cake...God bless Ur hands...I used Ur idea n made the football cake for my son n he loved it a lot..I just changed it a bit..now will be attempting this design too...thank u for this tutorial..how many people does dis cake serve?..and what is the thickness of the Lego blocks..thanks in advance as alwaz

    If u trim the carmelization off the cakes when u cut them u will get a cleaner better look. Nobody dnt wanna be cutting into a birthday or wedding cake and seeing all the carmelization, they wanna see jus the clean color of the actual cake. If you watch how to cake it u will see what I mean

      Or you could use baking strips, cake comes out without the caramelisation, but I’ve found that as long as the cake is still yummy, no one really minds that much. The exception being a rainbow cake when you really want to see the colours 😀

      Hello , thank you so much 😊, I think you’re referring to clothes hand steamer so that the cake will moist a bit to stick the LEGO blocks from the cake instead of brushing it with water

      You can put hard stick at the back side of the number eight so that it will not show from the front side, then cover the stick with fondant

      Hello , I use hand clothes steamer to moisten (a bit) the cake side for me to easily stick the LEGO blocks without brushing water on it

      You can use water just only to moisten the cake surface
