I just bought a Yamaha sr600x mountain max triple for my first sled just wondering what to look for when I go through it so it’s ready for winter it has one of those jetting adjust things where it uses vaccum pressure and some twist knob on the dash and those lines are dry so I gotta put new ones in for sure. Asking you because it seems like you know your way around this stuff
Hi, I have a problem with my 660, I changed the oil pump chain and the alternator and after folding I have no spark on the starter and there is a spark on the spike but I can't start yamaha
Top Notch and love the commentary. Helped me tremendously.
I know I'm a bit late but what did you use to get the Philips head bolts out that hold the stator in

Jon the lamb sorry but I’m not very familiar with Yamaha sleds. I’d suggest looking for a FB group that dedicated to that style sled and ask there

Would I be able to use the same thing just put it on my raptor 660
Nice video !
Sorry but Polaris sucks, never would own one, did you replace this stator because you weren’t getting any spark or it wasn’t charging the battery?
This was a video on a Yamaha..
No spark.
