Great content! Thank you! I didn't understand something on item 6 at 01:50: Why check weep holes if the reinforcement pads are already welded? Isn't the weep holes supposed to allow the welding all around the pad?

This check list is before hydro-test. But insulation work are started after hydro-test. In this video you show the insulation when preparing the checklist.

hi Arshad,Yes insulation done after hydrotest only,but before hydrotest ,we should check the insulation clearance gap between pipe and other items (electrical tray,other parallel pipe's,structural steel,pipe supports),so can find insulation issue ,also if required line can be re-routed before hydrotest.
