In all honesty, I'd very much enjoy an unedited trash picking video. I love listening to you talk about things and it would almost be like a vlog in between the finds.

Hey Taco - Don't dispose of the flags. First count the number of stars on them. I think they would sell at the flea market. Great haul today!

I wish we got to see everything as well. I love that type of vintage. That was definitely a juicer. That old dome top lunch box looked like it was new. But it was clearly very old. You really were blessed today with a lot of awsome items.

What a great score. You should not scrap any of that until after you give it a chance at at least 2 flea market days. Vintage junk can be repurposed for all kinds of decor, inside & outside, like those aluminum casserole holders/sleeves with handles. thanks

You can ask a local Cub or Boy Scouts pack to "retire" the flags as well.
Mr. Thrifter what is the go with the flags. We don’t really put flags on homes here. On Australia Day, people put plastic flags on cars and these sadly end up in land fill. Cheers to everyone.
@@marisayoung8670 In the United States, we do not generally throw flags away. The Scouts have a ceremony to retire any flags we are finished using or ones given to us.
And he could set them out at the flea market in July, for the patriots to view!
@@mrthrifter doesn't the scouts give badges for learning how to properly dispose the flags? I was thinking that I thought they did, but my memory isn't so good these days. Lol

I think that nice lady with all the metal paid for your gas for the next month, at least.
Two suggestions: 1. Put a bottle or two of water next to your keys so when you leave the house in the morning you have them in a convenient spot to grab. 2. Keep an extra pair of gloves in your van for when your main pair gets dirty or wet.
That Little Tikes car once hosed off could be sold for at least $5.
I will have to agree with Taco's thinking on his previous comments.... The space it would take up vs how many boxes.. is it worth the $5...plus time to clean it....

Great finds Taco, get some water proof gloves they will keep ya dry.
Or do like Scrap and Pallet man does, place the wet gloves on the dash over the defroster vent! Have a second pair that are dry to swap out.
why not do a whole video on what you got at the last stop and what you are going to keep and what's going to be scrap?

Some of that stuff the older woman gave you is pretty valuable. Nice pick on that one, and the Christmas animation should dry out and work if you didn’t break them taco stacking. LOL!!
Taco, Wowee! Wowee! Wow! Now that is a great day of picking! My guess with the older couple is they are cleaning out the house of a relative who died, perhaps a parent. You were very respectful. I bet you hear from them very soon, so you better stack things a little higher in the warehouse and keep that van cleaned out and ready to go at a moment's notice. I love the things you got today. Bet there are even many small pieces of furniture you could move quickly or keep for yourself. Only mistake I caught today...should have tried out the little folding table. Those are great. Handy as a pocket in a shirt! We use tables like that for our artists to work from, but you could use it as a tv tray, too. PS...saw that metal wicker looking picnic basket yesterday in an antique/flea market for $25. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR HAUL!!!

That little rocking chair without the seat would be so cute as a plant holder for a Boston fern, a spider plant, or something with a lot of foliage. Just set the pot down through the seat to the floor. I'd love it.
