How are the plants priced? (Expensive, affordable or cheap), quality of flowering plants?. Are miniature roses and hibiscus available?

I felt its cheap..coz I have been buying plants before in mogappair which costs double or triple the pricing.. I didn't buy any flowering plants..since I'm not good at keeping them alive
