Thanks for the drop. I know it’s been a while for you. I always follow your contact and I am surprised that that steam state process brakes the meat down and then just sear it after I’m surprised I’m gonna have to try this 🌊🤙🏼
Great video thanks really useful I am looking at the best way to tenderise tough steak. I will now try steaming it first in my steamer but I’ll try putting it on aluminium foil so as not to lose the juices
What if you seared it first then steamer it? The sear would protect against it a certain amount maybe? Also you could steam it with different things instead of water like wine or whiskey or water with some honey in it? Honestly this steaming stuff is promising I’ll watch if you continue to experiment!
Searing first sounds like a great idea! And trying different liquids sounds really interesting 🤔 now you got me thinking. Another experiment is on the way!
I like a very well done steak, so to me there is no such thing as an overcooked steak. I don't like bloody messes. I would prefer that steamed steak steamed even more. You can bet that when I steam a steak, it will NOT be pink in the middle.

I was very surprised. I'm going to perfect this technique! Thanks for always tuning in. I'm back on my feet with new content on the way 🙏
Steam is hotter than boiling water

Thanks! How were the results?? I was so surprised how fast the steam cooked. Going to try a thicker cut next time 🥩🥩
