    Wow, so great to get one of your videos. You boys make such a great team, however sometimes someone needs to be a Karen... how do you get rid of a contractor that is a total idiot that has misrepresented himself lied about his references and doesn't know how to pull his head out of his butt without costing you tons of money?     LOL, sometimes being a Karen is necessary ok. We are starting a brownstone renovation very soon (just closed!) and you brought up a lot of points I haven’t thought about yet. Thanks for making this video!
