If I tag socials, then this should be done for ALL players (without a single exception), and not just for one person. Ram was untouched by this patch, meaning that she has achieved perfection to Daisukes Vision. This is quite concerning, Daisuke might need glasses if he thinks that Ram is perfect.

What's the lore connection?
Valentine is the Lore term for any artificial person created by the universal will. All Valentines are not human so they are some of the strongest beings in the lore. Since they are all created by the same "Person" who views itself as their mother, they are technically sisters. Jack-O Valentine is a "sort-of" clone of Justice/Aria but is based on the Valentines so she is t-e-c-h-n-i-c-a-l-l-y related to them but none of them address this very much so it is not too important.
As for the funny Valentine, that's really just JoJo's and Guilty Gear Really liking referencing Songs and Music Artists when naming their characters.
(I assume this was a Joke but just in case you were actually wondering :)

I dont believe its beatong lows unless youre right in her face but at that point almost all 6Ps will hit you out of your low.

Unlike with Smash where the game blew up because of Melee and the "essence of melee" became what competitive Smash players considered authenticity, Guilty Gear has always been considered a niche fighter game with a relatively small player base. That is, until Strive, which completely shocked the world. Xrd sold approx 100K copies in its lifwtime while Strive sold more than 500K within months of launch, and currently sold more than 2.5M last August. While Guilty Gear's soul has long since lived in its rock and roll or metal themes with so many of its characters and world building referencing real musicians, how would you describe its underground identity after being discovered by the world? Daisuke Ishiwatari, the game director for the totality of its serialization has constantly been updating each entry with new themes and ideas. With Strive, it's been communicated to the team that they wanted to take a new approach and Strived to build the game from the ground up, ready to question allow their baseline foundations and to develop something to truly push the envelope.
Many refer to these stylistic and revolutionary changes as all part of Daisuke's vision. He is extremely talented as a game developer but also a musician, artist and many many other capacities, all of which have been channeled into creating one of the most successful games fighting games of all time.
When it comes to authenticity, there is no doubt that Daisuke's vision is present, and the modern community around Guilty Gear is exponentially larger with network effects compounding the community content surrounding the franchise's cultural values. Many memes that have infiltrated mainstream culture such as the Jack O pose actually originally came from Xrd, where the original conceptualization is authentically the same as in Strive, yet its obscurity veiled it from virality.
There are no games in the Guilty Gear franchise that can totally argued to be more authentic to the series as each one is fully the product of Daisuke's vision, however, the argument can be made that with the resources made available to him through commercial success there are little financial limitations on what Strive can continue to become. With Elphelt's DLC release, a returning character created in Xrd, Guilty Gear Strive officially boasts the largest cast of playable series, a milestone in its Season 3 development with two additional characters already revealed to be in the works for 2024.

Both are because theyre both made by the same people. Pick one, either way they get your money and you play their creation.
