Great upgrades indeed! And I'm sure you know this, but seeing as we both live in the same state, don't forget to drain all the water unless your shop stays above freezing. I just use my air compressor to force the majority out.
Your big pup is gorgeous, looks like a really sweet dog. It also looks like it will keep an eye on the girls. Great humor added to some education as well, always appreciate that.
I like the compressor hose. I have a Craftsman compressor with that plastic hose that doesn't like to be wound up at all 😂 My garage woodshop is 2 cars so I don't know if I have room for a real that size. I think I have real envy!
Great additions Kyle. Nothing wrong with the electric pressure washer. You said it perfectly, one less seasonal, small engine to maintain. It serves it's purpose well. You'll probably use it more than a gas unit due to it's accessibility and convenience.
I JUST bought an electric power washer for my shop, luckily I havent taken it out of the box yet. Taking it back and getting that wall mounted unit. I already have a hot water spigot in the spot too!
I live in a very cold climate and wish that pressure washer had a heater to keep it from freezing. Also you’ve got the best helpers anyone could ask for.
When I got my new hose reel for my shop I mounted it on the ceiling in the middle of my shop. Ran my existing hose up the wall and across the ceiling to the reel. Now I have enough hose to reach anywhere I need it. Pulled the hose down so it's 7ft of the ground that way I won't walk into it. Just reach up and pull it down and I don't have hose running across the floor (no trip hazzard)
Finally, you've got a MACHINE! worthy air hose :). Good hose reels are great, bad air hose reels will piss you off non-stop. The Giraffe gear looks like nice, solid stuff. For the pressure washer, you can pick up some high pressure quick-connects from the jungle website and skip screwing and unscrewing the hose off the wand.
- Nice addition for your spotless shop. Can tell everything in your shop, home and projects are super tidy and organized. - Your daughters and wife are super tolerant of dad’s teasing. - I see you someday adding an underground water line vs stretching a hose 90 ft. Winter cold an issue for outdoor hose reel?
My condolences. I'm so sorry your daughter doesn't want to play with knives. That broke my heart. There's still time, maybe she'll come around. Very cute though. Atleast you have a good dog.
That pressure washer hose is a game changer. I didn't even know something like that existed. I bet you can get only the hose without a washer and install your own. Oh boy. I already see myself pressure washing everything.
Didnt you used to build things ? For quite a while all ive seen are videos on mini construction equipment and shop upgrades. Maybe im remembering wrong but those are the type of videos I am interested in.
Awesome upgrades. I don’t like getting the power washer out because it takes so long and it’s a pain to put it away. Might have to take a serious look at this power washer.
Hilarious! Great ideas for my future shop. Juice box girls are too cute, they're like mini Keystone girls. You're a fortunate guy! Have a great Thanksgiving, and keep up the terrific content. Bruce in Aiken, South Carolina
Cool upgrades. Something I noticed, the flag on the right sleeve of your shirt is backwards. The American flag should look like it is moving forward. The image that is being used would be correct on the left sleeve.
@@idiotluggage thats already been fixed. That was a trial batch that i wear as work shirts now. I recently posted a video with the new version and how to buy them.
@@SpicerDesignsLLC Cool. I see that a lot more than I would like. I think most people do not know about how the flag should be oriented, so I try to pass on the info.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. New equipment looks great, prices on their website seem very reasonable. One thing I do not like about having a mount pressure washer is you do lose mobility. You may want to keep the gas beast as well.
So why not run a main airline to where your CNC plasma is? I’d personally stay away from the plastic airline, like the Rapidair. Even the Rapidair aluminum, I’ve seen both fail in a few years. Personally I’d stick with steel or copper.
Dang, you got a great garage. My land wouldn’t let me build a garage that big because of HOA rules. But man that’s a great garage you got. Good size garage!
Those reels suck. You'll find out. Cox reels are top notch. For the all- in- one pressure washer unit, once one part breaks, the whole unit is junk. I understand Giraffe sent them to you, so when the cheap plastic fails you get a professional grade brand.
Go with something more professional in my opinion . I went with AR power washer electric Italian made pumps and quality wands /hoses . Great for cars is a 2000 psi unit but for equipment i would go with a pressure and water volume of 3,700 psi and 2.0 to 3.5 water flow rated unit in electric . I did my homework on power washing and have 3 units that i installed in my shop

“If you can’t figure out how to mount that, there’s a pretty good chance you don’t own any tools”. 😂😂
Hahahaha!
I like mounting my air reel on the ceiling in a more central location. It makes it so I don’t have to dodge as much stuff when I deploy it.

Thanks Mike. I need to add some spigots on the house.
Cool stuff!! I've always been a fan of overhead reels. That pressure washer looks interesting.

She’ll come around
I definitely need to upgrade these three things. I also need a new air compressor! Thanks for the video, and have a happy holiday!
I almost clicked away and then you said “welcome back to the channel.” Major save! ;-)
Definitely doing these upgrades. I own and operate a pressure washing company and that pressure washer is sooo intriguing. I may try it out!

Super convenient setup. Im looking forward to testing out the foam cannon.
great info, Kyle and girls !!! missed the K.S. girl !!! ha ha
Foam guns on washer works great. Spray on tractor leave it sit for a couple minutes and then spray it off
you'll love that power washer. I've got one and they work good. they don't put out alot of water which is nice washing in the shop.
Good to know. I think its a perfect fit for sure. Hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving.
I started storing my fuel cans away from the doors and I’ve noticed less water/condensation in them. Just something to consider.
So much more easier! Makes me smile 😊
Install the swivel
You should add a harbor freight compressed air dryer. It will save the tips of your torch and give quality cuts on your crossfire.
Thé Giraffe tool m’y intéresting toi for me, good review go to the buy….😊 good job my friend

I love this video, brother.
Can you do an updated property tour before it gets too cold.
I can try to squeeze that in.

Good morning Kyle! Happy Thanksgiving! I ordered a sweatshirt yesterday!
I will get that sent out next week for ya. Thank you

I prefer the reel to be at least 7’ high for two reasons, don’t run into it and it’s easier to get the hose over vehicles.
The leaf blowers must’ve been on back order LOL jk nice video I want the pressure washer

Happy Thanksgiving!
Trying to make up for missing last Saturday.
Think you should upgrade the feeder hose on the water reel...seems very narrow gauge..
nice
if you can't install this reel, you probably don't have tools. lmao! youre too funny my friend!
Supposed to mount the hose reel MINIMUM 7ft off the floor surface. Wow, you'll find out later.
Great explanation
Machine
Sorry your wife hates you. Maybe that will change, since you’ve got a bigger hose.😅
Hah! I hope so
not a fan of electric power washers - def not as powerful as gas - if they made a reel for a gas washer - hmm now i would get thst
I thought Giraffe items were junk/cheap.
What other wall mount pressure washer would you recommend and how much is it?
@@SpicerDesignsLLC Kranzle K1322TS
Stop playing with your hose!
Electric should be higher than the pressurewasher...possibly 3'...drip loop in cord. Don't want the girls to get shocked . Sure you have been.
Stick the compressor outside… does not need a fancy hut/room… not even a tarp. It will last 10 years. Space hog, mess, !!noise!! - gone!
Pressure washer I’m definitely looking into…thanks!

Just run air hard line to the back 🤦♂️
Everything is temporary right now. When i do the shop buildout i will have drops everywhere. Compressor will be hidden.
