About 17 years ago, I woke up at around 3:00 a.m. one morning with a new understanding - that actually made me sit up in my bed. I understood that I was not who I thought I was. That my personality was just a creation that did not bear any relation to the REAL ME. This initially did not sit well with me, for I had taken years to become the person I thought I was. I had likes, dislikes, opinions, and values, all of which made me who I thought I was. That morning, I understood, however, that the REAL ME was more of an "all-accepting observer." That morning, I also understood that *the REAL ME is ONE AND THE SAME with EVERYONE'S REAL ME. *The meaning of "We are One."
The yogi's you keep talking about, who wrote books must be living out their karmic needs, so they are yogi's and write books. His holiness Ramana Maharshi obviously lived his and those of us who have found his teachings are very blessed. However I am also very grateful to the yogis for all we learn from them. Buddha Dharma Sangha. Metta.
Yes, we cannot convince any one. But everyone is moving towards that ultimate point. Many more births and suffering. Grace is always with us what is lacking is a quest to realise Brahman. 🙏👍🌳

Hello I am loving these talks. May I humbly point out something grammatically that may confuse some people… You say “UNTIL we think we are a body mind we will not be free etc”. That sounds like we need to think we are a body mind. It should be “until we DONT”, or “As long as we think we are this body mind”. I hope this comment is received well. Thank you.
Once you find a Jnani you reach the state where imagination is no longer taken for reality. You see the Jnani doesn’t see things the way you do. What exists for you does not exist for him. What you take for granted he denies absolutely. You’re questions about your problems don’t make sense to him. For the person you take yourself to be does Not exist. To criticise another teaching is to criticise God. Ramesh Balsekar Paramahansa Yogananda was living out his destiny and passing the message given to him by his master to the West. His book was published 6 years before his passing in 1952. Everything in the world was my Guru …. Ramana Maharshi
I should definitely join your discussion so I can ask this question out loud. But I am very much loving your work and I am really understanding beginning to understand how empty we really are. However, I am a teacher supply teaching and I have problems with this alphabet community. I cannot call the children, boys and girls. I would lose my job if I did. Can you maybe speak to that? Or maybe I will come on and try to join your group. I don't know how to do that but I will try. It is leaving me very sad and I want to get rid of this sadness. But here in Canada we are not allowed to talk about the alphabet movement.
