That story about the kids laughing at him wanting to be a truck driver touched my soul. They laughed at me as well when the question of "what do you want to do for a living" came up in class and my answer was a Truck Driver. The class got quiet once the teacher said that her husband was a Truck Driver and the amount of money a Trucker can make in a week. Thank You Mrs. Patterson 💖 Never forgot you and never will 💯
I was one of those kids , after class I gave him a noogie

Yup, I feel this. 10th grade I think it was, I gave a presentation on what I want to do with my life. The title, "Truck Driver" and I hear this girl giggle "truck driver" and I'm thinking oh boy we're off to a great start. The class didn't seem too enthusiastic about the presentation, but oh well. I'm now a third generation driver, driving a 2006 Pete 379 for one of the best fleets in West Michigan.
@@brandonkoole655 Cool! My situation was 10th grade as well lol. I always love to hear others stories on this topic. Very interesting to see that I wasn't alone. I look around now and some of those same people are either trucking or trying to figure out how they can be a part of it.
I’m a big fan... Bubba Branch is truly one in a million. One of the most humble people you will find out here. Thanks for doing this interview. God Bless y’all.
All i could think of growing up was driving a truck, 41 yrs later, 35 as an owner operator, it's still all i think of, I watch RUclips videos of truck's, watch em drive through the truckstop, eat, sleep, and dream trucks. As long as i can still pass my DOT physical I'll keep on trucking, I can't explain it, I have two loves, First and foremost my biggest fan and support system my wife Ann and then number two trucks, p.s. my truck is red too, my favorite color.
Beautiful truck Bubba!! Have a better one.
Shot out too Bubba!!! Asian Mai I think this is my favorite interview!!! The joking they did then how serious he got when it was business time!!
Appreciate you so much
I love the story on how the truck got the name
Me too
got a little tear in my eye
My Dad Trucked Monday through Friday and sometimes his Red Kenworth would be parked in the driveway on Friday when I got off the school bus, and I’d run to see him. I never though I would be a trucker, but here I am at 31 trucking.
13:05 "yes sir" - that one phrase that speaks volumes of someone's character. 🔥
28 years I've been doing Municipal Industrial Pipeline my hat is off to all of you out there without you the equipment can be moved job to job I love you and respect you very much for what you do so that I can do what I do for 28 years God bless you
My name is James people in my industry know me as Shaggy I have so much respect for you and what to do without you I can't do what I do my hat's off to you brother my dog's name is Shaggy run all kinds of heavy equipment
You know this man is so humble and thank god you got over the virus. Bubba seems like a guy that if treated honestly would move mountains for ya. Love the truck like the way you think. God be with ya and your family Bubba, praying your business works out.
He talking about his dad is the same as my dad. I grew in the truck ever chance I got I was gone. But I didn't become a truck, I went into working on them. I love them, hate my dad is gone know but I remember every trip though.
This man is so correct. His words are an inspiration, I tell my children all the time. Any dream you have just figure out the happiest financial avenue you can to get there and dig deep and deeper till you accomplish it
For the fact of this gentleman saying (yes sir) to you speaks a lot.. He was raised up right with the saying. "respect me, I'll respect you" good content man...!!!! 👌🏽👍🏼
Couldn’t stop smiling on this one. Great video my man! Have a great weekend
I love every moment in this video it motivates me more...I love my job and what I do!
When you mentioned about what kind of response you got in school about “ I want to be a truck driver” , it was like a flashback when I was in school saying the same thing. “ I want to be a truck driver like my dad “ , and got a negative response from my teachers, like that was low class or something. I started in a trucking company right out of high school working on the dock and then went through the “ In house school “ and got my license at 21. I now have been driving for 26 years and still enjoy the feeling of hammering down the road. Love the passion for your truck and company. Keep on trucking brother!
The good laughing between the two brothers from different Mother's pretty epic!
Driving over 23 years and this is one of THE most Beautiful Truck I have ever seen
People like you won't give me the ability to do what I do after 28 years and that's one thing that I do respect we lost truck driver at Al grading in Atlanta. I have nothing but respect for him.
Loved this interview bro, Bubba is a awesome dude.
Love to see him back on YT..loved watching his old videos 👍🏻. Down to earth dude
Great vid. Really enjoyed it. I commented a few months ago. And I finally have my cdl. Working for tmc. Big ups

This man is an absolute gentleman with a heart of gold. 👍🏾
I'm so glad you interviewed Bubba .he has a wealth of information to share with young guys in the industry. You should do more interviews with people who have been in the industry for a number of years. And I also love to see the new Guy's and Gals in the business who have managed to purchase their first truck. Hearing Bubba's advice for new drivers is much needed information.
Thanks Guys.
I love his energy. What a great guy
Great interview. Love how yall were cuttin it up. That's priceless! God bless you all and your family. Stay safe brothers.
Asian you do a great job getting drivers to tell their stories, awesome video
Just was listening to Bubba his story is amazing I don't know why I listened to this at Midnight after putting my Son to sleep. Just wanted to say Bubba and all if you don't know Jesus Christ as your lord and saviour the time is now his calling you for such a time as this.

Hmm! Yes Bubba's story sounds familiar because it was mine at a young age! No one in my family were drivers but through my beloved mom. I knew a couple of guys who did drive. #keepontruckin 😉👍🏼💯

No he took it down I was trying to find it last night but he done all this and that to the truck just for the guy to take it back.

Curious question not just for customized semis but even bone stock units: why in the world are the steering wheels almost horizontal? I don't get it. I don't think I'd enjoy driving like that.
They are adjustable. They have a foot pedal that let's them pull them up to get in and out easier.
He hiring lol
💯💯💯✌
Lets go!!!
