This has been my highest wishlist for PZ and I really hope this pack becomes a reality. We need flying birds of all types and sizes so badly. This would also really help fill up those small or not so small spaces in our zoos. Also, can you imagine hearing all the amazing sounds that birds make in your zoo?
We really need more birds, they lack too much in the game with already 100+ mammals. Maybye an incredible thing they can do is an expansion focusing on flying and terrestrial birds, that would be a dream come true. PC has an expansion, as well JWE 1 and 2, why not PZ? It's been already 4 years of support, and an expansion for ending the year with the most requested feature in PZ seems fantastic and fenomenal for the financial and fan view. Good video! 👍
I would love to see some more Galliformes in the game. We only have peacock at this moment, so I'll be very happy if Frontier decided to give us more. For example the Great Argus, Junglefowls(The ancestors of domestic chickens), some asian pheasants, tragopans and even Indochinese Peacock will do the trick.

I made a wishlist that featured most of the same birds you have here. Though we could need some other vultures that Planet Zoo can support to rebuild the vulture population which is dropping rapidly because of poachers and farmers poisoning their kills. Here are some other birds I would like see in the game as well Ceser Creates. 6:42 I had two of these birds, one I had it years ago, I was still in elementary school, it lasted for many many years and died due to old age, it was blue, and years later, they got me another one, who died due to the heat of summer time :(, it was green like the ones seeing on the time stamp that I wrote, I miss them, I miss hearing them singing :(
Here are some small birds to add :) Australian zebra finch / Java sparrow / Goldian finch / Eurasian bullfinch Blue tit / Titmouse / Willow tit Blue jay / Northern cardinal / Northeast cardinal Canary / Bluebird / Collared bird
Amazing video like always. If we would get flying birds to Planet Zoo i would also like to have the ural owl, the northern bald ibis (this two species were both extinct in the wild and zoos are releasing them back to the wild) and the scarlet and the madagascar ibis. I also would like to see your wishlist of the fully aquatic animals.
Yes to all of these! I adore birds, and my home town zoo has a giant bird collection, so I'd love any flying bird in the game, but especially the red-tailed cockatoo, they are my favourites and I befriended the ones in my zoo 🐦⬛
I think Frontier can add them, the problem is that not every bird you can add to walk. habitat. Ofc those small ones, but the bigger ones? I have two solutions. Frontier already has flying beings in it's game. I'm talking about Jurassic World Evolution 2. There are voliers and you can build them next to each other to have bigger volier for flying reptiles. Frontier can do something like this, but instead of making voliers for flying reptiles, they can design it to look like volier for birds in zoos. If player doesn't like how it could look, they can make custom barriers like it is with wt. habitat. Another solution is harder than the first one and i think the first one is better, but if the first one doesn't work, there can be this solution. Frontier can do volier and player can make it bigger if birds need it. Let's take The Sims 4 where we can show this mechanism. When you build a room in there, there are darts with which you can make room bigger. Frontier can do something like that. They can do volier and player can make it bigger/smaller exactly how they want. I think this can be better than doing small and big volier, but i think it's really hard to program it. As I said, Frontier did voliers for flying reptiles in JWE2, so why it can't happen in Planet Zoo? Same with aquariums. Animals can get to aquarium like exhibit animals in Planet Zoo - they just get here. Frontier already has solutions for many questions, they just have to correct it to fit for Planet Zoo.
Let's say that the best we get is an animal pack with eight flighted birds. Which ones would you pick? You'd want to cover as many taxa, biomes, and regions as possible while still getting in some iconic species. I'd go with this set: Golden eagle - bird of prey, found in temperate forests, taiga, and tundra across North America, Asia, and Europe - useful for a lot of different zoo settings Barn owl - also a bird of prey, but found in all the areas golden eagles aren't - South America, Africa, Australia, India, Middle East, southern Europe Scarlet macaw - one of the largest and most iconic parrots, with one of the largest ranges across South and Central America Wreathed hornbill - large, colorful, and widespread across India, Southeast Asia, and Indonesia - also fairly common in US zoos Common raven - large, iconic, and widespread across North America and Eurasia Great white pelican - probably the most iconic seabirds - there's a pelican species for every bioregion, but I went with one found in Africa and India Kookaburra - kingfisher, only found in Australia, but definitely the bird icon of that continent Mandarin duck - iconic, colorful, and widespread across East Asia
Vulture is heroic animal that did not diserved it's status. Without them, there will be many poisonous carcasses that bad for human. we are the only species that do not know how to thank back the nature.
I would love to have all of them, especially the Seriama thanks to their velociraptor like claw and the Roadrunner as it would be educative to have them, thanks to the cartoons most people don't know how a real roadrunner looks like !
If we do get an bird pack, I hope it will be the last pack of the year since that will be an animal pack. For the roster, I hope it would be the scarlet macaw, the blue and gold/ African grey parrot, the secretary bird/shoebill, the toco toucan/rhinoceros hornbill, the budgie, and the ruby throated/fiery throated/crowned woodnymph hummingbirds.
For me my wishlist is Marabou stork, Secretary bird, Capercaillie, Sage Grouse, Rhinoceros Hornbill, Bald Eagle, Stellars or white tailed sea eagle, belted kingfisher, Nightingale, Painted Bunting, Sandhill Crane, Scarlet Macaw, Hyacinth Macaw, African grey parrot, Great Blue Heron, Rosette Spoonbill, Great Curassow, Northern Bobwhite, Temmincks Tragopan, Himalayan Monal, Congo, Peafowl, Maleo, King Vulture, California Condor, Western Grebe, Victoria crowned pigeon, Mourning Dove, Nicobar pigeon, greater roadrunner, Hoatzin, Limpkin, Egyptian plover, Killdeer, Madagascar Jacana, and Long billed curlew among many others.
@@CesarCreates thanks but out of these if the others aren’t in the game I totally want the white tailed sea eagle, Capercaillie and the Scottish Crossbill in the game.
Curious why so few marsh birds, no woodpecker families included. Small song birds like nightingale, oriel, cardinal and cedar waxwing would be nice to see too.

Yes totally. I didn't make this list too long and also I have some of my favorites that I wanted to include here so some birds just went a bit under the radar 😆
I’m SO sorry but I have to be that guy The first two clips of rose-ringed parakeets were actually alexandrine parakeets, I’m pretty sure the griffon vultures were eurasian griffon vultures, not rüppel’s, the second clip of a great horned owl was a scops owl (maybe indian scops owl), and the first image of a red-crested turaco was a fischer’s turaco anyways, good list, I would add the inca tern for walk-through habitats!
I was very aware that some of those clips might be wrong so I am not surprised by your comment 😆 finding a royalty free videos for all those species was extremely difficult - especially those less known. The videos are often wrongly tagged and that's why some of them might not be accurate. Sorry for that! And I absolutely agree about the inca tern! Such a cool looking bird!
I love Towny Owls! They are so adorable! Of course! I could add it as well! As I told in the video I literally had thousands of different species I could choose from so choosing only 95 was quite difficult 😅
I think we should get something new maybe similar to the aviary In jurassic world wich you can make bigger by placing one more to the already existing aviary Yes the walkthrough exhibit could do but for a big group of birds or big birds like eagles and vultures it’s to small
Yeah I totally agree! The walkthrough exhibits would be perfect for smaller birds like parrots but for the large ones there should be totally different type of enclosure
@@CesarCreates just a expendeble exhibit that you can make as big as you want for like a big group of macaws I wanna have a big North American rocky habitat for bald eagles or a giant tropical one for macaws
