I come back to this video every now and then because of your amazing Eminem collection! He's my favorite rapper of all time (though GRODT is my favorite album), and TES is my favorite album from him. I have most of his albums on CD, but not Infinite (obviously) and Revival (haven't fully listened to it), and I don't have a few deluxe editions or any singles. Eminem is the artist in my (small) collection with the largest amount of CDs, and I really think he deserves it! Now if only he could go on tour soon...

"No apologies" is definitely, one of his best songs. And i hate when great artists waste good songs on compilations and mixtapes. That song could've easily be saved for one of his albuns.
MMLP will always be the best Eminem album. He owned that Era alone. SSLP was a great album, but there was always that feeling he could've end up like a one hit wonder, or just a good MC, that had the luck to be produced by Dre.When MMLP dropped, he immediately got into the GOAT conversations.
Devil's Night, especially with the bonus tracks, and the "Girls" hidden track, its a certified classic. That album its a Masterpiece.
"Relapse" aged well. I didn't like at first listening, but i kinda like it now. And i miss the "carefull what you wish for" flow. Thats the Eminem i really love, not the fast flow one.

Agree..but i have to add Eminem Show is a masterpiece! 1 of 2 albums out of 21 albums in history to have sold million copies in a single week!

Its your opinion I get it but I gotta be real with you you're crazy if you put mmlp over Eminem show. Mmlp wasn't what made that change it was the Eminem show for sure when he started being more serious. Yes he has some serious tracks on mmlp but that's overall the same content as the sslp. Eminem show is when he really started to change up his style and the type of lyrics he writes.

Most amazing em collection!! I also collect hip hop music mainly vinyl and have an extra em collection but also more focused on vinyl. Im still missing the Till i collapse single which is not cheap on Discogs but one day i will snatch it. You must have dropped a ton of bucks on this collection…

I have been dreaming of getting an eminem vinyl for a while, but wasnt allowed to because parents. I finally found one yesterday! Its "the way I am" in the black cover with the sticker. It's my fist in my eminem collection!

Japan gets odd bonuses. It goes like that for all artists. Japan got a bonus dvd with Encore, 8 Mile, Relapse, and The Eminem Show which has a dvd different from the other releases. Europe has a weird version of the MMLP also with Role Model and Guilty Conscience as bonus tracks
yup... international releases often get bonus songs/features to incentivize them for paying those import fees

I agree with you, encore is Half anoying and Half Amazing, for example Love You more, one of the most underrated songs by him

I love Eminem encore. What's funny is everyone thinks it's a bad album but it still sold more than any album he released in the 2010s including recovery. Also the only album that beat it in sales in 2004 was usher confessions album
I love half of it, and the other half I can do without
The only reason why it sold that much when it first came out was because this is Eminem he has hype everyone was expecting it to be like his other albums but instantly realized they made a mistake it's a decent album at best. People didnt know it was only gonna be mediocre tho.
If you removed the hype from the Eminem show encore would probably have made half of what it did and only got half the sales it did. And seeing as how the album has been out this long and has only gained as many sales as it has now in total is actually pretty bad. In time the albums recovery and anything past that except maybe revival will prove to be far more successful
Revival is my 3rd favorite Album MMLP1 was my 2nd fav and The Eminem Show is my all time favorite

Really nice video and great collection. It's hard to bash on Encore when it has songs like ''Mockingbird'' and Relapse with ''Beautiful ''. These songs were like spikes of light showing how Eminem was really feeling at the moment despite all the nonsense and silly songs.

Your video is so informative and it’s nice to see how his cds and singles were made with all the covers and pictures (also the magazine and the shady con action figures) given that I was too young to cop any of these anyways.
And I’m able to reference your video a lot!! Although I had seen your video when it came out I came back to reassure myself that Stimulate was released on the Cleaning Out My Closet CD single.
Also you mentioned that you don’t know if the CD for the 8 mile soundtrack had bonus tracks. If you do know now, did yours also have stimulate as a bonus?

great video i actually have the eminem vinyl box set think its like 10 vinyls...i got it for a great price around like 250 when i looked recently they going for around 600. you ever thought of getting that?

I have my own Eminem CD collection & there's a few notable albums missing from yours that I made sure to get, I won't go into singles because that's far too many to mention with all the alternate covers etc!
Curtain Call standard edition, you just have the deluxe.
MMLP has the 3rd alternate cover you showed with a card fronted pack rather than just a standard jewel case which I much prefer.
Recovery actually has an alternate cover which I believe is the back of the standard editions booklet.
One thing I don't think I even knew about even though I'm from the UK is the greyed out UK version of MTBMB Side B! Gonna have to find myself a copy of that now!
Overall though very nice collection!

@@maisensayle3820 quite a few, some Proof, and some Bizarre stuff. Mr. Porter does some great producing as well, so I have a lot of his produced work scattered on other albums
Great collection! I only listen to Eminem up to the Relapse album. Like you said about Recovery when he was saying he didn't like Relapse and his older albums cuz he was on drugs, shoot that's part of what I liked about him was being shocking, and saying shocking things that others won't say, and saying the most offensive things, and rapping about doing drugs. And also having lots of Dr. Dre production, and features from the likes of Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, D12, Obie Trice. He went from that to not rapping about drugs, pretty much no more Dre production, less offensive lyrics, and features from the likes of Pink, Rihanna, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Sia, Alicia Keys. And being politically correct. No thanks!!! Anywayz, I wanted to give Relapse a shout out, probably my second fav album of his after Mashall Mathers LP, mostly because to the production. The whole album is pretty much produced by Dr. Dre except one song. And like I said, I like Eminem when he is being as offensive as possible, and that albums lyrics are twisted. Imagine if Eminem rapped twisted lyrics about alphabet people, fat people, the virus, masking, the jab, Takashi Snitch9, Kanye, mumble rappers, feminists, metoo, cancel culture, Hollywood weirdos, Epstein, Weinstein, R. Kelly, oh man that would be the shiznit! I miss that guy, who used to "Just Dont Give A F...". Also that Source mag where Eminem was on the cover then the poster inside was of Benzino! What a troll by them. Who the hell wants a Benzino poster! Nobody listens to Benzinos solo stuff except maybe people from his town. Sorry, I'm ranting too much. Propz!!

1). As far as Benzino, the 96 RSO album “doomsday” is fire. 4 mics
2). You mentioned “when the smoke clears “ getting 3 mics. My biggest all time source gripe- smiff n wessun “dah shinin” also got 3 mics. I have that in my top 20, maybe 15 all time.

Slim Shady LP my favorite album by him & the best rap album it's too great...it was zany, dark & had lyrical style in it like rock bottom, jdgaf, bad meets evil it's undeniably great...my first vinyl I ever brought at 19 was this album....just need the 3 LP, expanded LP, I think they had a purple edition, the cassette & cd versions💯💯

You seem like a big Eminem fan, I was surprised that you don't have any of his live DVDs. Anyways, nice collection, I'll have a bigger comment later, just don't have time right now.
I have "up in smoke tour" dvd, did not include that though. I don't have the others, although I have seen them all in stores... I will buy eventually. I did forget my "Eminem Show" DVD now that I think of it. There are a few things I forgot... hard to remember it all unfortunately.

@@melissar9370 yup... we always leave people on base. We got 10 hits yesterday, scored 2 runs smh... Braves got 10 hits today and scored 5. Those two games were so winnable, but the hungrier team won. We were down 2-0 last year to a more talented Braves team though, so hopefully we get our act together and play better.

I noticed that my clean cd copy of mmlp has "the kids" while the explicit has "Kim" on it instead. I assume its because of how disturbing the song is.

Damn I pretty much agree with all your takes on his albums especially Relapse. I thought it was ok when first released but it did grew on me a little and the accents are still annoying. TES is my favorite and I think Recovery is a classic.
