Yami doesn't use his katana because he "wants to because he's from Japan". Dark magic is said to be slow. He uses his katana to channel it to bypass it. While yes, he has one because he's from Japan, but that's just for convenience; he's able to channel it into other items/weapons too.
Wow I did not expect my man Jack to be so high (my favorite captain btw). A lot of people put him fairly low because of his main weakness due to the time aspect of it but I really like how adaptable his magic is. Also being Yami's rival and drinking buddy gets him brownie points in my book.
Unfortunately he's only high due to fake feats, he didn't kill the demon at 100%, it was literally so close to death everyone had already thought it died
One thing you forgot to mention about mereleona is her hellfire incarnate spell was able to get her to the human mana limit, and started to make her body deteriorate. We haven’t even seen people like yuno or literally anybody get close to that, and yet mereleona did that.
Well just because a 1liter water bottle has water filled to the top doesn't mean it has more water than a half filled water bottle of 10liters. You're getting what I'm saying right? Just because ones powers reached their limit doesn't make them stronger than those with wayyyyy higher limit than them and have yet to reach their limit simply because their Mana limit is multiple times greater than the one who reached fheirs.
Glad to see Mereoleona is in this list! Knowing BC fans for sure appreciates shes actually stronger than Fergo in terms of battle stats and fire magic despite not chosen by Salamander(tho tbf lowkey feels Salamander prolly would be afraid of Mereoleona lmao)
It should be noted that Kaiser has the best defensive capabilities of all the captains, since he is considered as the Kingdom's Ultimate Shield, I think that's why he was the only captain that didn't go to the Spade Kingdom, which shows us how reliable his shield really is. Also, he can use the vortex magic offensively as well, as he can expand the whirlwind and wash away the magic of anyone who comes into contact with it. Due to this characteristic, the whirlwind can also be used as a cage, as it was shown during the Captains Battle when he trapped Fuegoleon.
Yeah no diff but any other magic not held together tightly would quickly be swipe up and rippled apart in the vortex. So anything magic wise would be disperse. Like a tornado to hay
As far as combat ability and current power I'd have to agree. However, I'd love to see a video about which captain has the most potential to be strongest. A few of the lower ranking captains in this video I see being ranked way higher based off potential.
Fuegoleon easily will be the strongest captain...... I don't understand why it's taking so long, but once Tabatha finally gives him Spirit Dive, he's gonna be unstoppable
I feel the order don't speak about rank. Each chapter they fluxes a balanced shift. Reflecting they grow and powers. Like Painting magic gives limitless power but is held back by his expience. While one harden like scarlet can create a new magic arc. Jack slicing is scary if you think about it. But he is a power commanor that can match devil slayer level. But would probably struggle against the raw fire of a noble magic at flamugulion level. Silva matches that without the same battle feats. Dorothy show the captains power to go beyond facing morro. Yami scale feats show the potential each captain. the likes that they have more and more that match past history like the first wizard king. They all came a long way.

Yami (like Asta) is filled with hacks that make it almost impossible for people to 1vq them. But for me Feugo (like Yuno) will end up being far more powerful in terms of magic ability
I personally would place Dorthy a little bit higher on the list, simply because without a hard counter, Glamour World is acttually an automatic win button. You fall asleep there you die, with most opponents, all she'd have to do is take them there and leave them there.

My ranking for the captain’s 1) Yami - this is kinda obvious considering his feats against Lucifero. 2) William - Was able to hold his own in the fight with Zenon. Zenon even said that if William wasn’t carrying the other Golden Dawn members he might’ve beat him. 3) Mereoleona - Being able to hurt Lucifero and even fight with Yuno is good enough to place her here. 4) Fuegoleon - although he doesn’t have as much feats since he was fighting the other devils the fact that he was able to fight alongside Mereoleona shows some sign of relativity . [Mereoleona did get stronger after this so not as much relativity] 5) Nozel - He managed to injure and hurt Megicula. Megicula is stronger than 100% Vanica. 100% Vanica is stronger than some other captains like Charlotte and Rill. 6) Jack - His slashes can adapt anything over time. He was nerfed while fighting 100% Dante because of the Twin Devils attacks but could still slash him. [Although the slashes couldn’t do much because of Body Magic] 7) Dorothy - Mainly because of Glamour World since Moris got defeated by the base black bulls. 8) Charlotte - Feat wise I would probably put Charlotte over Dorothy however as I mentioned Glamour World kinda carries. Charlotte can react and endure attacks from 100% Vanica. 9) Rill - feats-wise Rill’s only good feats are matching Full power Spirit Dive Yuno from the Royal Knights Exam arc and reacting and enduring attacks from 100% Vanica. Twilight Valhalla would be extremely helpful tho. 10) Kaiser - has better feats than Gueldre 11) Gueldre - featless

I Saw "All Magic Knight" & was hoping for a Rayearth Video, then had my hopes crushed by it just being Black Clover. Magic Knight Rayearth is 1 of those older series that really needs more love.
Which is weird because didn't we see Patri reincarnate into William and William is already old enough to have a grimoire and therefore not really a child anymore. Especially since their difference in age would seem to indicate William was 16 when Patri reincarnated into him as Patri seems to have lived 10 years in William's body. We see several times that rill can cast his magic to extreme sizes and that when he does can actually change the properties of which area he covered to his own will. Jack defies the manga rule, hes a commoner having a small mana pool and yet we never seen he depleted of mana, either his magic cost less or he have hidden royal blood line somewhere, ether way hes so lucky having op magic and hes my 2nd fav captain after yami, they deserve more respect from clover kingdom citizens
I mean his magic is just small blades. Compare that to how much fire Fuegoleon can create and you get why even with a much smaller mana pool, he never runs out of it. He is absurdly efficient in term of mana use.
i think rill should be ranked waaaay higher based on potential cause of the fact that he was able to become captain at such a young age . Also he basically has creation magic can make waterever he wants to he can re paint the entire world if he wanted to create his own realm just like the coral peacock captain
I personally don’t agree with Dorothy ranking so high she has an Op magic type but she’s far from that strong over either Nozel or Rill and I really don’t think people understand how strong Rill is he casually countered a spirit he’s really like the 4th strongest captain

After watching your YKN about Shisui I have a theory to why some people dodge videos that arent Naruto on your main page (Well other than people who only consume Naruto content anyways.) 15:53 yet he got beat by base Black Bulls. Meanwhile it took St. Stage Noelle, Charlotte’s Anti-Curse Magic, Rill’s Vahalla, and Nozel to defeat Megiculla. (I also forgot Asta, Gadjah, and Luck). It took Yuno with Wind Magic and Star Magic to beat Zenon Zogratis Hell, even the Twin Devils needed Asta to go Devil Union to defeat.

I Saw "All Magic Knight" & was hoping for a Rayearth Video, then had my hopes crushed by it just being Black Clover. Magic Knight Rayearth is 1 of those older series that really needs more love.

Side note: William had known about Patri since he was a child. Not after he got into the Magic Knights.
Which is weird because didn't we see Patri reincarnate into William and William is already old enough to have a grimoire and therefore not really a child anymore. Especially since their difference in age would seem to indicate William was 16 when Patri reincarnated into him as Patri seems to have lived 10 years in William's body. And yet William has known about Patri since he was a little child. I never really got that part.

Rill, I want to say is the most underrated. We see several times that rill can cast his magic to extreme sizes and that when he does can actually change the properties of which area he covered to his own will. I want people running around fast as heck on a racetrack

Technically Kaiser was captain before Gueldre. Kaiser had stepped down from captain and Gueldre stepped up. The Kaiser gain position back after the traitor was apprehended.
Idk it hard for me to rank Jack that high idk maybe I’m not understanding his strength I get his strength but I don’t think he outlasting a lot of these other Captains and I still think Fuegoleon is on Par with Nozel and if we using feat as a determining factor would Nozel have better feats

Jack defies the manga rule, hes a commoner having a small mana pool and yet we never seen he depleted of mana, either his magic cost less or he have hidden royal blood line somewhere, ether way hes so lucky having op magic and hes my 2nd fav captain after yami, they deserve more respect from clover kingdom citizens
I mean his magic is just small blades. Compare that to how much fire Fuegoleon can create and you get why even with a much smaller mana pool, he never runs out of it. He is absurdly efficient in term of mana use.

i think rill should be ranked waaaay higher based on potential cause of the fact that he was able to become captain at such a young age . After watching your YKN about Shisui I have a theory to why some people dodge videos that arent Naruto on your main page (Well other than people who only consume Naruto content anyways.) But me personally I havent finished/ caught up with some of the other anime that you end up posting so I end up saving the videos to come back to later like I will be with this one lol. It took Yuno with Wind Magic and Star Magic to beat Zenon Zogratis
