Tom, you have taught me everything about flying a drone, and now I teach Canadians about how to fly within the regulations we have here. I use b-roll within my videos that follow this kind of approach. Thanks again for a great lesson!
Nice Summary of the shots. They are shot's I've been doing instinctively. But great to see that the methods I've been using are confirmed by actual logic. ;)
Hi Tom just what I am looking for. You mention cheat sheet where do I find the sheet please? Your videos are very simple and straight to the point. Very well done.
Haha, so soll das sein. Aber guckst Du dann nicht alles doppelt? Ich lade ja auf beiden Kanälen mittlerweile immer die gleichen Videos hoch, nur eben einmal auf Englisch und einmal auf Deutsch. Cheers! 😅
Thank you Tom. I want to ask if it could be possible to get a satellite image of the position of the drone on to the control monitor we have in our hands? Then can we mark two, three or more positions with different altitudes on the monitor and command the drone to fly smoothly in a vector curve, navigating itself evenly along the points marked, changing altitude, and giving us a better video image from an arial panaromic view to a close-up view of a focus we want to take? Possibly from panaromic view on a tripod shot and then to dolly shot of a moving car and from that to window of the car focussing on somebody sitting in the car. Once the points are marked on the map, could the drone navigate itself in a vector path, like the shape of the simple or capital letters of the English alphabet - like for example the letter G.
Wow! I have a phantom 4 regular and i'm not pleased anymore by the results. Yours looks so cinematic. Should i upgrade for the pro v2.0?? Tried d-log and it is still underwhelming
It's not the P4. Tom was sharing with us even when that came out and the shots were and are still great. Remember it's a flying camera. Composition. Watch his videos and take his courses.
These are great perspectives and you have some amazing footage! Very well made video and good explainations! Thanks 😃 I make some similar videos in Norway if you ever need some inspiration. Maybe you get an idea for your next video 😃
