Don Juan the OG! Appreciate you man
Wonderful update. Thank you
Thanks for tuning in!
I'm all for development but it's getting out of hand Florida one of my favorite places to go is sugarloaf mountain for a peaceful place but they done tore down the trees and destroyed all the sick rolling hills which made me mad but what can you do the bad I bet they will do more development in that area.
It’s close enough to be far away!! A definite visit- Thank you Ramario
Yes sir!!
Great job Romario. It was great meeting with you last week. Let me know the next time you are out at Wellness Ridge.
Yes sir 🫡
Right in sawgrass bay , I’m looking forward to it !!
🙌🙌
Another good video Romario. No question Olympus and Wellness Way are going to be great additions to Clermont. The question is, even with the planned infrastructure improvements, will it actually be enough to handle the influx of traffic from new developments?
I’m more than willing to be wrong on this, but I just don’t know of any area in the US, with this amount of development and fast growth in population that was able to keep up infrastructure wise.
Seems like a great target, but an ever elusive one . Don’t think we’ll see a “2016 type” ease of commute for quite some time, unless the entire fabric of how most people move around changes (from car-public transport).
@@OrlandowithMario an honest response, thanks. I saw a video by another person in your field that covered upcoming road projects to improve connectivity. At first glance, the multiple East/West connections between 27 and 429 are great, but of course with those roads going in will be subsequent development all along the, which will just lead to them being congested. Hoping that the city/county maybe adds some parks in those newly opened areas.
With you! Hopefully we get back to those pre-covid days, someday
Any word on finishing the Hancock Rd extension between Olympus and Marsh Rd/Schofield Rd? Seems like it hasn’t been touched in a long time.
They seem to be working on it every time I've driven past, not sure of the timeline of the top of my head though.
Wow great content brother!! Keep it up!! Very informative. Growth is the key!
Thanks! Comes with it's pros and cons but the future is bright!
We Stan construction updates!!
I’m glad! Look forward to making a lot more
@@OrlandowithMario I will be watching every single one. Very into watching developments progress. Thanks for your time and coverage!
Will we get a Cineopolis here? And also an arcade or skating rink for the kids. We really need more for the kids. Thanks Mario. When I buy again, I will contact you 😊
That’ll be cool! Do you go to the epic theater?
I appreciate you, look forward to helping when the time comes.
