The new lifts look so good, I agree with selling the FL5. As much as the R35 sits, I really don't wanna see it go. As far as ideas. I have a build idea ...A track build CRX would be epic with like a k20/k24 in it maybe lil 400/500hp if possible would be so cool with an effective aero body kit
sell the fl5 and use the money to fix up other cars or even put it towards a nsx and what you should do is look for a house in japan just a small one with a garage somewhere so you hgave your own base of operations in japan that way you can bring sparco and tiana aswell and have a place to call home
Sell the Cayman and FL5! A S550 or S197 Mustang build would be sick! Possibly an E9X chassis build too! Supercharging the s2k would be sick too and tracking it again. That white evo 8 was my favorite build you’ve ever had too!

Get a 20ft storage container for outside the shop where you can keep the bulky parts like tyres, wheels and bumpers, used parts etc that’ll save you a tonne of room inside the shop
I’ve said it from the beginning, I preferred the fl5 to go rather than the fk8. You still have the s2k which is a raw 6 sp manual track car. There’s more room and potential in building it

This likely won't be seen but I don't think the viewership always comes from more cars or another project. I believe one of the reasons the Japan content does so well is because it's new & unique to most of us US viewers. Similar to when you were building the WRX back in the day in Sean's garage, we didn't know what was going to happen before the video started. A lot of RUclipsrs now have so many projects going that it's hard to keep up with or understand. Many of the builds are too over the top & they don't work or they're too similar to what they've done before so before watching the video, it's known what's going to happen.
Sell the FL5 and get into track riding (motorcycle). It'll benefit your driving and is unimaginably good exercise. Besides, bikes are cool beyond measure.
it would be cool to see another classic car build. 69 camaro with an old school big block build would be cool, it would be a step out of the comfort zone of jdm cars
I really hope your g body wont become an RWB, you really should rather do a Garage TBK build before that! Or maybe combine both! Shop update looks amazing! and makes it look bigger too! As for the shop itself, i'd say making the shop bigger before any new builds would be the smarter move to go.

Finish t’s car. Let go of the fl5. Let go of some more cars. Do more day to day content. What we love w Japan is we see you get coffee and your gas station runs. More street drive and photography content. Expand the shop. Make some things outside tire bay car bay can keep them locked up. Make the shop nice. It will be more aesthetic and will enjoy the videos more. Image if you did you videos in the rwb shop. Or nismo shop. They have their own aesthetic and would be fun to watch. The new sign would be a good start to that
I think dipping your toes into muscle some more would be fun and could attract new attention. My brother is a Chevy guy and he has a Camaro, so maybe something like an older Camaro that won't break the budget. I think Cali has a ton of those affordable muscle cars that need to be built. MY choice would be like a Silvia of some kind. That could definitely spice things up and catch attention. An S15 would be sick but since they're still becoming legal maybe a 13 or 14 could work too.
