I think y'all have to say they are lucky to have Freddie since he only not that pays them but gives them platform for future and a lot of extras for being a care taking guy yall forgetting he takes good care of people around him!
$150,000 seems a lil low. Love the new channel and now Rex gets his shine. I know this is new and it will only get better. Unlike other posters crying about this and that and the format, I say keep doing what y'all are doing and much success to you all.💯
I love the pace of this video. Really suits the patient approach to detailing. It’d be even cooler if you updated it with an actual sales price though, and then rolled that into another one and so on
Great tutorial Thankyou - some more detail on the different polishing compounds would also be interesting - anything that helps me choose the right stuff for the right stage is always helpful 👍
Watching Rex get off that PPF just gave me flashbacks to last weekend, and the 18 hours it took to unwrap my car with 6 year old 3M vinyl on it. I knew it was worn but by goodness I never anticipated it being such a disaster. At least my paint was beautiful and glossy underneath! I'm jealous of your Roadster, that is a fantastic, beautifully understated color combo.
I feel as if Freddy has always had a bad balance of professional and youtube, but this ties it together. this makes all his channels work, and I'm sure that Mike Brewer would be proud of the format that was used! keep up the good work, and would love to see more of these.
That's a weird one - even though it was sold with a charging issue, we never actually experienced one. From what I can tell, the 12V battery was dead. We gave it some juice and the car powered up and ran fine, so nothing we actually did. I think we were really lucky.
@@TheRealAOTFWould have been nice to have covered that a little more in the video…buying a used Tesla that “won’t charge” is a pretty big gamble for most people.
I assumed with the show being called art of the flip you’d be buying and selling a car. This was just a car cleaning episode? Should be called “Art of the clean”
This guy had one good channel, one really good build, first Lamborghini, that gone viral and from that moment, he just milking yt money with boring sht, he is all over with multiple channels and collaborations, but boring as fuk
If it’s possible can you show the sale of the Tesla when it is made. That would give closure to this project to all of us that’s watching. Lolly from London uk.
I love the video. The only thing I would do before selling is to PPF the entire car again just because you would want to protect all that hard work that Rex did. Ceramic coating is great but stone chips are a snot on such an original car.
Lots have happened in car detailing I remember when I polish cars in the beginning of 2000 there was no foam canon lots of the new chemicals makes the preparation before polish much easier. You can really tell Rex has lots of skills detailing cars its definitely not a easy work
This is such an awesome video. The kind of detail I love without being over the top. I look forward to more! A question, possibly a good subject for a future video, how and where to buy cars like this?
Wheeler dealers format!? Like it, though.. I feel as though I need to know what it sells for?? Appreciate turn and burn on these vids means you might turn these uploaded before the cars sell, but a catch up ep on how much they sell for, how long it takes to flip, etc, would be awesome! Thanks for all the great content that just seems to get better. As a Brit, you guys are my go-to for that pettol head itch on youtube! Ps, if the Grand Tour does come back with new people, I sincerely hope you guys are included somewhere!!
Rex, 27 hours of labor / Freddy, 27 minutes of voiceover
Tbh, I didn't even remember i subscribed to this channel 😅
Neither did I 😅
Same lol
Yea buddy.
Same here!!! Glad I did, though 👍🏻
SAME I was like huh but no complaints im here for it hahah
Rex does an amazing job. Freddie is lucky to have such a talented crew on his side!
Agreed, they make a great team together.
I think y'all have to say they are lucky to have Freddie since he only not that pays them but gives them platform for future and a lot of extras for being a care taking guy yall forgetting he takes good care of people around him!
I’m getting some “How It’s Made” vibes, I dig it.
Definitely what we were trying to do!
It felt like a lionel trains dvd video but modernized. Just me?
$150,000 seems a lil low. Love the new channel and now Rex gets his shine. I know this is new and it will only get better. Unlike other posters crying about this and that and the format, I say keep doing what y'all are doing and much success to you all.💯
I'm super happy for Rex getting all that well deserved video content. He's really a cool dude.
I love the pace of this video. Really suits the patient approach to detailing.
It’d be even cooler if you updated it with an actual sales price though, and then rolled that into another one and so on
Art of Rex! …the Flip 🇵🇭 Ayos 🤙🏾
filipino ba po ba si Rex? curious lang
Freddy, your a lucky man to have such a good Detailer as Rex. The man works magic. Well done Rex!!
Sweet ride. Truly art after Rex got his hands on it. Great job Rex.
Omg it's finally here, the first video!

Love this content Freddie!!! Very Wheeler Dealers vibe!!!
I love this commentary style
More videos like this please, I absolutely loved it!!
I really enjoyed this! Seems to be setting a new standard to traditional detailing videos. Hope to see more flips soon!
Enjoyed the first video. Curious to see what’s next. Would love to see some wheeler dealer type here!
Long time ago, I would hope more The Art of the flip articles would come on the forum. I am glad that you revived this thread. Thank you!
glad you remembered that you created this channel 6 months or so back and now uploaded 1st video. cool
By the effort applied, Rex is in for the Bid. Respect for that 💪Greasing shown.
Was having a rough day today, then see this video on my feed. Feeling far better now!
About time to start the channel.
And what a car to start it with.
NICE!
2:05 perfect edting
Great tutorial Thankyou - some more detail on the different polishing compounds would also be interesting - anything that helps me choose the right stuff for the right stage is always helpful 👍
I really like the pacing and production style - it reminds me of a different take on wheeler dealers.

Art of the flip or art of the clean?
The car came out amazing
I feel as if Freddy has always had a bad balance of professional and youtube, but this ties it together. this makes all his channels work, and I'm sure that Mike Brewer would be proud of the format that was used! keep up the good work, and would love to see more of these.
This video was so awesome! I can’t wait for more car flips!!
This is it. Thanks Rex
Rex is a good grafter, Freddie, got a good crew working for you
WE ARE HERE TAVARISH BEST RUclipsR PRESENTER❤
I am so into this! Relaxing to see cars detailed and not torn apart all the time.
"Art of the Flip" was my fave writing you used to churn out. Holler!
That's a good come up. Congratulations
So how'd you fix the charging issue
That's a weird one - even though it was sold with a charging issue, we never actually experienced one. From what I can tell, the 12V battery was dead. We gave it some juice and the car powered up and ran fine, so nothing we actually did. I think we were really lucky.
@@TheRealAOTFdope
That's really lucky!
My luck would get me a car with a battery box full gravel.
@@TheRealAOTFWould have been nice to have covered that a little more in the video…buying a used Tesla that “won’t charge” is a pretty big gamble for most people.
Firstof all, tbh, I don't remember when i subscribed.😂😂 Great work Rex! My only sugestion is... Show us all the work! Mechanical and interior.
Yes
amazing process

This is basically a lo-fi version of Tavarish channel... NEAT!
I’m so exited to see where this channel goes! More tavarish is always good!
Finally using the detailing shop
Rex Kwan Do, we use the buddy system. No more flying solo.
If it’s possible can you show the sale of the Tesla when it is made. That would give closure to this project to all of us that’s watching. Lolly from London uk.

Started to follow this channel some months ago really nice seeing the first video
great content!

Wow, great restore job. You hit the jackpot at just 35,000.
Great going Rex 👍👍👍
Car turned out great.
😎😎😎👍👍👍
Step 1: find a really rare car for "cheap"
Step one: have money 😂
Buy car
Wash car
$100,000 profit
Ok what the flip, that’s crazy
Wheeler dealer Florida edition
Some difference well done guys
I want to move to Florida to work for Tavarish. 😊
loving the idea of a new channel it’s like watching a different tavarish tv show series!
Shout out to Rex he killed it!
I like the relaxed vibe of the channel! Would like more wrenching and tips on flipping but good start!
This is such an awesome video. The kind of detail I love without being over the top. I look forward to more!
A question, possibly a good subject for a future video, how and where to buy cars like this?
Cool I joined in the 1st video ❤
Where did this channel come from??? I was already subscribed 😅😂😂😂
Should have LS swapped it
Really dope work 🤘
Why was it washed before removing the PPF? whats the point?
The most unprecedented surprise of the year, Tavarish had an empire Of car channels now? Damn this is fascinating 👏
Rex got the car looking 🥶
Very cool 👌🏻
I am confused, Rex spent how many hours cleaning the car and then removed the PPF? This video must be out of sequence. Why clean the PPF at all?
Love the tavarishverse
I don’t remember subscribing to this channel, but I’m glad I did. I am here for this
Nice surprise to my feed, good start.
Not kidding on the depreciation! I picked up a 2023 - EV that originally stickered @61k for just over 27, with less than 15 thousand miles on it.
Love the small cordless buffer
Never knew they built this car. Definitely a sweet looking ride
You had me at new channel! Nice one mate
Great video, I’ve been waiting for your video, great job Rex if you want you can call it a steamy video with Rex
Hell yeah I love this
Awesome video
The art of the Rex
I want to know more about the condition of the battery and why it wasn't charging.
The battery was actually fine, I think the 12V battery was dead, but as soon as we gave it juice, it worked fine.
@@TheRealAOTF thanks for sharing!
Got ur back Freddy
Anxiety spike waiting for the wet interior is real
Those headlights need a clear coat to get some proper UV protection.

$185k-$205k the full exposed carbon fiber one just sold for $285k 2 month ago
So Rex finally got his channel and got Tavarish to narrate it for him, 😂, gold!
Nice job Rex ❤
This is more like when I would read your articles on jalopnik . I like it !
This was actually very enjoyable. A bit of product placement but you get to learn new things.
Will we get hourly video's here? 😜😅 NO pressure 😜
Aaaah .. finish project in one Tavarish n Friends videos, it's Miracle
Very Wheeler Dealer ish. I like it!
Looking fit Freddie. Keep it up 💪
About time I can get to see rex doing his thing 👍
