- The plaintiff used to work with the defendant, who allegedly smoked weed at work. She claims the defendant hit her car and fled the scene, so she’s suing for car damages and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff harassed her at work and even brought people to work to fight her. She got fired from her job, so she’s countersuing for lost wages.
She hit and ran yet has the nerve to counter sue?

Jimika must have been as high as an airplane in the sky if she couldn't feel causing all that damage. The reason she didn't want to come back to the scene is because she would've been tested and ticketed for DUI (driving under the influence) ...which would've been much more costly and possibly a suspension of her driver's license.
If that is true it’s even scarier thinking she’s driving her kids around like that 😔

Not to be funny but the way my music bumps if I was in a rush I probably wouldn't felt it either. However, I would have noticed it when I checked around my car. Especially, if someone would have called, I would have told them I'm picking up my babies and I’ll be right there. If things would have dealt with I have taken pics and had someone witness I did return.
Yes the defendant did total her car however I do think the plaintiff trying to fight caused them to get fired.
