Just woke up it’s 6.30am Saturday and what a great start to the weekend!! Thank you Sue I’m so glad you liked this. Delta is phenomenal. At just 18, she battled Hodgkin’s lymphoma and after surviving the cancer fight, she more recently suffered vocal cord paralysis after surgery on a salivary gland. This meant she had to completely relearn how to talk and sing. She’s truly inspirational and has the voice of an angel. Thanks again ❤❤

I love Delta's voice, I remember my son being totally smitten with her when he was a teenager, she has coped with so much and come through with flying colours. This is a beautiful rendition of Never Tear Us Apart.

Delta is stunningly beautiful. She is an actress and singer. She has a movie on Netflix called Love Is In The Air at the moment. She has many years of catalogue of songs to go through and was a judge on The Voice Australia. She recently got engaged. Her song called Paralyzed with video introduction on her struggles will tell you of some of her story. She has a great sense of humor. I saw a clip recently of her prank working as a check out chick. Hilarious.
Josh is in the Tesky Brothers with Sam Tesky. Check out their song, Hold Me.

Josh has his own band The Teskey Brothers and is well worth checking out his performance of "Rain' where he 'channels Otis Redding' lol Delta is an artists I know you'll love discovering...one of my many favs is the song she wrote called "Heavy" it's brilliant.

Delta is my favourite Australian female artist, she has a massive catalog of great music and she’s been a few health issues along the way. Josh Tesky is part of a group called the Tesky Brothers. Josh’s voice reminds me a bit of Ottis Redding and Sam Cooke

Josh Teskey is the lead singer from his band 'The Teskey Brothers' - there song 'Hold Me' live at the Forum Melbourne is an absolute must see. It will blow you away.
Delta though very pop has an amazing range and an amazing story fighting back from vocal cord paralysis that rendered her unable to speak let alone sing, to be able to release songs like this. The short doco on this journey is pretty impressive.
Plenty to love and listen to from both of these.

One of Delta’s compositions was covered by Céline Dion. When you hear Delta’s voice here you can imagine why Céline was drawn to Delta’s similar taste in music.

There are lots of other excellent female singers / performers down under…. Enjoy 🎉Delta sang a medley at ONJ’s memorial service in Melbourne Victoria . They knew each other well as both had journeyed through cancer and both Aussies ❤

There was a biopic of Olivia Newton John''s Grease some time back with Delta playing her. Liv was Delta's mentor. Delta had cancer once too and they were almost like a mother/daughter situation. I will find the American interview when Delta spoke about Liv after her death and put the link here.

Those were both great interviews, Dee. Delta is just as adorable as Olivia. I loved that she met her in nyc when she was 7 and they became friends...great story and love that it is all true 🤗💗
